I opened my eyes, completely disorientated. It took me a second to notice that I was upside down in my seat, only being held in place by my seatbelt. And then, suddenly, I remembered- THE CRASH! I gasped and quickly turned and checked to see if Becca was okay. She was hanging next to me, staring at me with wide eyes.

"HOLY MOTHER OF SHIT!!!! WE JUST FELL OFF A FREAKING CLIFF!!!! HOLY SHIT!!!!" She screamed, and started frantically trying to undo her seatbelt. When she finally popped it open, she fell down to the roof of the bus with a crash.

"OH MY GOD, WE DID! AND WE'RE ALIVE!!!" I cried, unpopping my seatbelt too and landing next to Becca. We stood up and looked around, seeing the rest of the class groaning and unclipping their belts. Then, Becca and I noticed a few unlucky idiots that didn't have their seatbelts on, and whom were currently lying on the ground, nursing their injuries. I turned to check on the guys, and groan when I see practically all of them had not worn their seat belts, except for, surprisingly, Cameron and Nick. Cameron and Nick were hanging upside down, their hair hanging above their heads, and had the funniest expressions of shock plastered on their faces. I knew it wasn't exactly the time to be laughing, but I couldn't suppress a tiny snort. Ash looked up at me from the ground and raised his eyebrows, and I quickly looked away from Cameron and Nick and rushed over to where Ash was lying on the floor.

"Holy shit, Ash! Are you okay?" I asked, bending over Ash and gripping his shoulders in my hands.

"Yeah, Yeah, I'm fine," he winced, "but could you maybe not grip my shoulders so hard? Daddy hurt his collarbone." He groaned. I let go of his shoulder and rolled my eyes at him- trust Ash to kid around straight after being in a bus crash. I moved on to look at Jace, who's light blonde hair was slick with sweat and plastered to his head. One look at his face told me that something was wrong.

"Crap, Jace, are you okay?" I gasped, seeing his ankle. It looked like Jace had fallen from his seat and landed on it or something- it was twisted at an angle and all purple and swollen. Jace grunted and gripped the window sill, his knuckles going white. I quickly called out for some help looking around. Seriously, has nobody called 911 or gotten anybody to help or something yet? Nobody answered, and I looked over to see Becca standing in front of Nick, giggling when his shirt rose and exposed his chest due to the lack of gravity. Nick was chuckling too and trying to wiggle his way out of his jammed seatbelt. Why was nobody paying any attention? I mean, somebody could have DIED! I was about to call out again when Mr. Underwood called out for everyone to be quiet.

"Settle down, everyone! Everybody unharmed, please make your way off the bus so that I can deal with everyone who is injured." Mr. Underwood instructed us, worry underlying his tone. I quickly grabbed Becca by the arm and dragged her off the bus, stepping over a few obviously in pain students. As I stepped up over the door frame and off the bus, I noticed our surroundings for the first time. We were in the middle of the forest, and from the looks of the trail of wreckage leading down to the bus, the bus had rolled down the slope and settled at the bottom of the valley.

Becca and I remained silent, which is actually really unusual for us. I noticed that Sara and her posse had emerged unscathed, but Sara had tears pouring down her face and was screaming.

"MY FUCKING PHONE! IT'S FUCKING BROKEN! I'M GONNA SUE WHOEVER THE FUCK IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS!" Sara was shouting, all her friends wincing and whimpering softly.

Was this bitch freaking serious?! We just were in a bus crash, and she's weeping over her stupid phone breaking!? What about all the people who possibly just broke their spines!?!?!

"What do you think she'll do when she realises we're stuck in the middle of nowhere?" Becca whispered to me, looking disgustedly at Sara.

"Probably start choking on her hair extensions." I replied half-heartedly. I wasn't really in the mood for making fun of Sara right now, what with the possible multiple dead people in the bus behind us and all. As I turned around, I saw that almost everyone had been safely loaded off the bus. As I watched, Cameron and Nick step out. I noticed that Cameron glanced at me and quickly looked my body up and down before smirking and turning away. WHAT was WRONG with him? Cameron's obviously back to his uncaring man-whore ways, despite the fact that most of his mates are badly injured. I scowled at him and grabbed Becca, jogging over to the boys. I ran up to Ash, who was lightly rubbing his collarbone, and attack him with a fierce hug.
