Me: Hey, there I talked now bye
August: Be like that then
I took a shower. I was wearing white skinny jeans, blue half shirt, and ugg boots.
"Tracey wake up."
"Why?"
"Wanna be late for school?"
Tracey got up and went to the bathroom. About 15 minutes later Tracey came downstairs.
"I'm ready."
I got my things and we left.
We arrived at school.
"Hey Ariel, I like your ring."
"Tracey who was that?"
"Girl I don't know."
I walked to my locker.
"Ariel I like you, but I'm dating my sister friend."
"Ok, the kiss was nothing, and I'm dating August."
"You joking right?"
"No."
I walked to class. I pulled out my phone and started texting Dustin.
Me: Where you at?
Dustin: Here
Me: I don't see you
Dustin: Who your teacher?
Me: Mr. Lopez
Dustin: My teacher is Mr. Kane
Me: You got that mean teacher
Dustin: He ain't mean to me
Me: You say you in a gang and nothing can make you sad
Dustin: That's tru
Me: Coming to my house after school?
Dustin: Yeah. Is your mom gonna be there?
Me: Idk probably
Dustin: Then I might not come
Me: Just because your dad don't like my mom don't mean you gotta not like her
Dustin: Uh yeah it does
Me: Then go home, I really don't care
Dustin: Ight but if your mom say something about my dad I promise
Me: What are you gonna do? You not gon touch my mom, 'cause if you do, your life ends Today.
Dustin: Dang Ariel
Me: Bye
Dustin: No keep talking
Dustin wasn't my real brother, we didn't have the same mom or dad, but our parents were dating. Dustin dad cheated on my mom, but Dustin and I promised to keep talking.
Class was over.
"Tracey, have you seen August?"
"No."
I walked to the gymnasium. I started texting August.
Me: Where are you?
August: Why you wanna know?
Me: August answer my question
August: At home
Me: Why?
August: I don't feel good and I gotta go to the doctor later
Me: After that wanna come to my house?
August: Depends on how I feel
Me: Alright
August: Wanna come to the doctor with me?
Me: I told my brother to come by after school, but yeah I'll come
August: Thank you, I'll pick you up from your house later. Love you
Me: Love you too
"Tracey its time to go."
"Ight here I come."
I walked to my car.
Dustin: You not taking me to your house
Me: I gotta go some where with someone
Dustin: Who is it your "boyfriend"?
Me: Yes
Dustin: How am I gonna get home?
Me: How did you get to school?
Dustin: You mean
Me: Bye
Tracey got in the car.
"You dropping me off at home?"
"You wanna go some where else?"
"No. But pick me up after you done doing what you doing."
"Okay."
I started to drive. 15 minutes later I was at Tracey house.
I was at my house, I walked in, turned on the TV, sat on the couch and watched TV. I started texting August.
Me: You almost here
August: I'm outside now
I grabbed my purse, my phone, and walked outside. I got in August car.
"Ooh you really do look sick. Want me to drive?"
"Yeah."
We got out the car, switch places and I started driving.
"Ight August we here."
August got out the car. We started walking.
12 minutes later
"August Alsina the doctor wants to see you."
"Can my girlfriend come?"
"No."
"Can she please come."
"Sure."
August grabbed my hand. We walked in the back.
5 minutes later
We were waiting on the doctor.
"Ariel come here."
I walked over to August. He tried to kiss me.
"You ain't getting me sick. You can kiss my cheek though."
"Please."
I gave August a quick kiss.
"Girl, that fast kiss ain't do anything."
I gave August another kiss. "There."
The doctor came in.
"Well August Alsina, you have the flu, that's all."
"Oh."
"I can give you some meds."
"Uhh sur-
"No he don't want it."
"Alright."
We walked out.
"Why you didn't want me to get the meds?"
"I can make you all better."
August was biting his bottom lip. "Can you start Today?"
