I Fell for Tanner Fox

Marie's POV:
I woke up in my bed and rolled over to get my phone.I turned on my phone and I had 23 missed calls from Jake.
I Decided to call him back and while the phone was still connecting I had forgotten that Tanner brought me home this morning and I didn't tell Jake.The phone finally connected
Jake:Finally you answered! I woke up this morning and didn't see you or tanner here at mavericks. Where are you?
Me- Tanner drove me home at 3 in the morning.
Jake-and you didn't tell me?
Me-sorry?
Jake-it's fine just come back over here we are all planning to do something today.
Me-be right over.
End of phone call.
I decided to get up and get ready since Jake said that we are doing something today.
I put on high waisted black shorts with a white adidas hoodie.I put on my adidas superstars and left my hair in a messy bun.
I walk outside and get in my car and head over to mavericks house.Once I went to mavericks "house" (😂) I went and gave maverick and Jake a hug
"Where's tanner?" I ask
"He's on his way" Jake says
After 5mins tanner finally shows up.
"Where we going" I say
" oh yeah we're going to go hiking" Tanner says
Tanner and maverick in tanners car
And me and Jake in Jakes car. (I left my car at mavericks house)
(Conversation On the way to our destination )
Jake:So what you and tanner do last night?
Me: nothing he just took me home.
Jake: did you guys use protection?
Me:we didn't do anything like that Jake
Jake:okay just making sure.
We finally arrived at an old bridge.
We decided to hike off the bridge it was rocky climb down.I was climbing down when all of a sudden my foot slid I feel someone grab me by my waist and lift me up I turn up to see Tanner that had saved me "thank you" I say
" your welcome" he said with a smile
We finally got down to a flat surface.
We hiked a little ways and found an old train.We all go in there and start to explore. We went back to our cars but this time Maverick made me go with tanner.The ride was kinda quiet since me and tanner weren't really close yet.
We all go to tanners house.I told Jake that I was tired and that he should take me home but tanner said "you can sleep here." I was so tired that I agreed to fall asleep at tanners house.
