Alright, uh, so I decided to draw Tsumugi from the Ultimate Cosplayer. I'm pretty happy with how she looks.

The only issues I have is her skirt, and the stars... I can't draw stars,,,
I'll color it once my markers arrive on Tuesday ^^
It is a scene from a video, where it's basically Ouma (is that how you spell it?) and Saihara. It's in Japanese so I'm not entirely sure what they are talking about.
But, I liked this scene where Tsugumi makes an appearance. I don't recommend trying to find this video because it contains spoilers for the deaths and the mastermind.
