"YES!!"'I yelled,"this is gonna be awesome!"
While I excitedly drenched about the exam I didn't notice until the giggles grew louder that two guys where laughing hazardously at me. I turn and face the voices but immediately surprised when I see them.
"Woah, looks like you're excite huh?", the kid smiles. He's a snowy white haired kid with very pale skin and a skateboard at his side. The other on the other hand is extremely different. His hair is a dark raven and brilliant color. He wares green clothing, with tan skin and a fishing pole hanged from his hands.
I smirk at the two and place my hand at my waist. "Umm what are you two doing here? This...", my voice fades off as I motion around at the place we're in. It's an underground tunnel and filled with freaks of all kinds around,"it's not exactly a place for kids."
The raven haired boy laughs,"we know. We just like coming to see the competitors."
"And besides," the the other kids chimes in,"we're young but way stronger then you think. I'm sure we can handle ourselves."
"Right...", I say then turn away from them. They chuckle at each other for a second,"just don't get hurt boys."
"You might wanna watch yourself," the pale kid warns,"competition is not playing around this time."
I look back at him and he gives me a serious glare,"why are you here? For fun?" the tan child asks. He looked innocent and welcoming I smiled at him then give him my full attention.
"I...," I stoped and smile to myself. Looking back at it it's silly know what I wanna become a hunter for,"to be a pro hunter is all. Do you guys want to become Hunters to?"
"Us? No, been there done that" the white haired one says,"anyway we are already hunters where just hear to make sure nobody dies like they did last time".
"Wait?! What?? You two are hunters? How?? You two are so young! Way younger than I am."
"Age don't matter as long as you have the heart. Right Killua?", the raven haired looked over at the boy I suppose is Killua. Oddly the name sounds familiar?
"Right!"
"That's amazing...I have so much respect for you two," I smiled then frown shortly," Wait...you said you're here to make sure nobody dies like last time...how many died last time?"
"3...",he started as I eased then tense as he continues ,"hundred". I break out in a panic.
"300!" I yelled,"are people really that stupid to compete after that!".
"Well aren't you competing?" the raven asked.
"Umm" I say as I hit myself in the head,"Yeah but...I don't wanna die here. You guys won't let me die right?" I ask nervously and embarrassed because I asked two kids to protect me.
"Sure that's what we're here for right?" Killua face flushes pink in a blush.
I break in a grin, Now I'm feeling kinda confident", I say as I fell this weird nen gripping and suffocating me as it tighten around my body as if sucking the air out of me.
It was strong and definitely overpoweringly creepy around me. I felt as if someone wanted me dead right here and now. I looked behind me curiously and instantly regretted it. Was that a clown!?!?
He looked at me and licked his lips hungrily as if a lion looking at pray ready to pounce. He played with a ♣️ card and grinned a devilish grin as his aroma flowed like mist through the thick intense air.
"Don't pay attention to him that just Hisoka", the boy in green says. I would have ask farther questions of him but they interrupted by finally introducing themselves.
"Oh! I just realized we haven't introduce ourselves!", the little boy in green says as he cups his hand and slam his other in it," I'm Gon",he blurs.
"And I'm Killua", Killua says pointing to himself with a smirks.
"AND TOGETHER WERE GON AND KILLUA" they yelled together. I smiled promising. Some contestants looked at the boys but they don't notice they chuckle to their selves and smile at me.
"Well I'm A/n and its nice to meet you two" I spoked. As soon as we finish our introduction The Hunter Examiner shows up and immediately I feel flutters in my pit. Gon grabs my hand and looks up towards me smiling brightly. I smile back and already I feel a lot better. This is where it starts.
