We Just Live Together Chapter 9: Oh...The Silent Treatment...Or Not

Miku's POV:

          I had such a horrible day at school today. I GOT HOMEWORK! Plus, Luka and Miki ditched me at lunch today. I thought I was supposed to have the third seat in the middle of Luka and Miki but when I walked in the cafateria, I found Luka and Miki laughing along with this other girl sitting next to them! Then, they were like, " Oh hey Miku...sorry we are gonna have to...ditch you just for today...but you can go sit next to...um...the wall...kay?" Ughhhh! ! Maybe Kaito's cheerfulness is gonna change all this for me. I walk into my room to see Kaito sitting there staring at me. I walked up to him and gave him a big bear hug from behind. "Hey Kaito...how's it going?" I said. He just sat there and faced away from me. "Kaito?" I said confused. I sat beside him, the side that he's facing. He turned away and got up. I got up too. "Kaito? Kaito? Kaito? Why aren't you talking to me?" KAITO!!!!" I asked annoyed. He still didn't talk. I frowned.

Kaito's POV:

          I really want to talk to her but it'll hurt way too much.  "Oh...so the silent treatment...I...I...KAITO!!! Why?!?" she said to me. This finally hit the string. "And aren't you supposed to be with Len?" I said. She lifted and eyebrow. "So this is the reason why you're not talking to me! Because of Len!" she said and stomped.  "You have a boyfriend already Miku! How about me? I still love you! Do you think it's gonna be that easy to talk to you? No!" I said walking out on her.

Normal POV:

          This crushed Miku badly. It left her crying...AGAIN. She was hoping he would be the light inside her after this bad day. She lowers her head stabbing herself softly with her fist.

Miku's POV:

          I let all the tears rain down for those tears where the only thing that will support me in my sorrows. Wait...why am I crying? Do I...no...yes...no. Guggghhh! I can run from my feelings any longer! For heavens sake...I love him!!! I have to break up with Len...my uhhh...boyfriend for 2 days.But then what? I tell Kaito? That'll make me sound weak and desperate. I...I'm gonna make him run after me! Then, I'll confess.

Normal POV:

          Little did Miku know that Kaito has been chasing her since before the prom. Now, Kaito is too hurt to go after his love no matter how much he wanted her...How will Miku ever confess to him now? Dumb...dramatic, nieve Miku...
