It was just a normal day at Royal Woods Elementary. Rusty Spokes was checking on his little brother, Rocky, in the 3rd grade part of the school. Rocky and his girlfriend, Lucy Loud, had their very first date in a dark alley next to an Italian restaurant the night before, and now Rocky just couldn't stop talking to Rusty about it.

"Rusty, you should've been there," Rocky said dreamily, "she looked so beautiful in her black bat earrings! She was wearing white socks and fingered gloves, and when our hands touched, my heart skipped a beat! It was sooooooo romantic!"

"Wait, you guys were dating...all by yourselves...in a DARK ALLEY?!" Rusty freaked out. "Why would you do that?!? At least one of you could've been mugged, beaten up, or even murdered!!!"

Rocky got slightly annoyed and responded, "Well, Lucy thought it was a great idea, and so did I. Besides, she brought pepper spray just in case."

"I just can't handle this anymore! Lucy is a horrible influence on you! She's super creepy to the point where she could give a full-grown man nightmares for the rest of his life, and underneath that little girl's body, there's a black hole where her heart would normally be! She's always dragging you to shady, dangerous places without any concern for your safety! In short, I'd rather lick a shoe bottom covered in dog poop than let you date her!!"

Lucy, who was within earshot, overheard all of it, gasped, and dropped her smartphone. Everybody turned to her, and Rocky ran over, checked for broken parts (It was fine), cleaned the screen with his shirt, and tried to hand it over to Lucy, but she was frozen in shock, so he just put it in her backpack pocket. Lucy then snapped out of it, went back to her poker face, and walked away. Rocky went back to his brother with newfound anger and scolded, "Rusty, do you have any idea how hurt her feelings could be right now?"

"Relax, Rocky," Rusty replied, tousling his little brother's hair, "Lucy doesn't care about anything unrelated to death, misery, monsters, or blood. She'll be fine."

This warranted a disapproving look at the camera from Rocky.
