7. Coming Out Of My Cage

Castiel pov

I was woken up by loud knocking on the door. I groan and try to sit up on the bed but then fall onto it. My head hurts so much and I feel like puking.

"Cas!" I hear my brother's voice behind the bedroom door. "I'm coming in."

Balthazar walked in dressed in black classic pants, white dress shirt, red tie and suit jacket. Why is he dressed all fancy?

"You have 30 minutes to get ready or mom will come and get you." Balth closed the door and sighed. "Why are you sleeping in clothes?"

"I..." I frown and try to remember anything from last night. All I remember is going to the party with Gabe and Sam, drinking few shots dancing and making out with few guys. I look up at Balthazar. "I was at a party."

"What?!" He almost yelled. "How did parents let you?"

"I sneaked out." I mumble and rub my head. "Why you woke me up anyway?"

"It's Sunday." Balth walked to me and touched my forehead. "And Sunday means church." Oh shit. "I'll tell mom you're sick because I think you are. You're burning."

"Thank you." I smile weakly at my brother and try to stand up. I walk to my closet and change into sweatpants and some old T-shirt. I lay on my bed and look at the ceiling.

I can't remember half thing from last night. Maybe I shouldn't have gone to that party. How even I came back home? Was it Gabriel who helped me? Or I came back on my own?

My head started to hurt more so I just turned on my side and closed my eyes. Soon I heard someone walk in and opened my eyes.

"Hey, Cassie." Mom sat down next to me and smiled sadly. "What's wrong?"

"My head hurts so much and I feel like puking." I mumble. It was great excuse to not go to church, but true, I did feel awful. I hate church Sundays anyway. "Can I stay home?"

"Sure, baby." Mom smiled at me and ruffled my hair. She stood up and walked out of the room before saying: "Balthazar will give you painkillers."

I mumble an okay and close my eyes once again. Few unpleasant images from last night flashed in my head and my eyes snapped open. That assbutt almost raped me! Thank God someone pushed him back.

"Hey." I heard my brother's voice and looked up where he was standing right beside my bed. He gave me a glass of water and two pills. I drank them and thanked Balth.

"Say hello to Beth from me." I sigh as laying back on the bed. She always goes to church with us.

"Will do." I smirk to myself. Their tattoos will glow and they will find out about being soul mates. Ha. "Sleep a little." Balthazar says before walking out of my room.

Sometime later I hear my family leaving house and car driving off. I take my phone from nightstand beside my bed and send a text to Gabriel.

Cas: Are you free now? Can you come?

The short brother: It's 8:40 in the damn morning. What r u doin up so early?

Cas: Church Sunday.

Cas: Everyone left.

Cas: I feel awful.

Cas: I have a lot of questions.

Cas: Come to my room.

I knew that Gabe hates when I text him a lot of messages in a row but did it anyways. Maybe he'll come faster and explain me some things.
