Chapter six | A mystery

Me and Taehyung were in the living room watching dramas on TV, just having a chill day. No one coming over... hopefully. We were both quiet watching the dramas, until we heard something in the kitchen, which startled us both. I jumped at the sound and without noticing I was curled up as close to Taehyung as possible. When I notice he has a smirk on his face. "S-Sorry..." I say and go back to my spot a little further away from him. "We should check what it is." Taehyung sais. "But what if it's a who?" I ask nervously. "Then it's a who. But right now I'm calling it an it." "Fine with me..." I say as we quietly walk over to the kitchen. Taehyung screams and scares me, what was in there? "Y/N-SSI! GET IT!" Taehyung yells making me scared as I run into the kitchen to see what it was... "Taehyung..." I say looking at him with a serious face. "Are you kidding me right now?" "What? Get it!" He sais and looks at it. "Taehyung... it's a cat..." "CATS LOOK INNOCENT AND CUTE BUT WHEN YOU LEAST EXPECT IT THEY'LL RIP YOUR BEAUTIFUL FACE TO SHREDS!" Taehyung yells slightly scaring the cat. "Taehyung, you'll scare the cat if you yell." I say as I sit down on the floor calling for the cat. "Come here kitty.~" I say as the cat slowly but surely makes their way towards me. "Can we keep it?" I ask and look at Taehyung with big puppy eyes. He looks like he wants to say no so badly, but I knew he couldn't resist the puppy eyes. "Fine, we can keep it." "What should her name be?" "How do you know it's a her?" "I can tell by the way she walked up to me with lots of confidence. She's an independent woman.~" I answer looking proud. "A strong and independent woman, I like it.~" Taehyung sais and looks at the cat. "What should her name be?" I ask again. "Let's name her Cypher." "Why Cypher?" "Because it's a song I like." "No, something else." "Fine..." It was quiet for about a minute until Taehyung breaks the silence. "What about..." "Yes?" I look at him curious of the name he had come up with. "What about Sinbi?" "And why do you want her name to be Sinbi?" "Well, since she is a mystery, I thought it would make sense." (신비 is korean for mystery and is pronounced Sinbi with a "sh" sound in the beginning) "Sure, let's name her that." I look at Sinbi and she walks over to Taehyung leaning against his legs with her fluffy fur. He smiled at her and then picked her up. She was a friendly cat, she didn't do what Taehyung thought she would've done. She didn't 'rip his beautiful face into shreds'. "Well, she's nice right? She didn't rip your beautiful face into shreds, how lucky. Now I can still see your beautiful face like it is.~" I said jokingly. "Haha, very funny Y/N." He sais and looks at me with a sarcastic smile. "It would be such a shame.~" I say and keep teasing him. "Jug-eullae?(wanna die?)" He sais and looks at me. "I just realized... Aish... I'm going to the store, be back in an hour or so." I say and walk over to the front door and put on my shoes and grab the car keys. "Oh, alright. See ya later Y/N." He said and waved with one of Sinbi's paws at me.

I was at the store getting stuff for Sinbi, like a collar, food bowl, cat food, etc. I found a bowl for Sinbi and looked at collars. I found one I really like, it had a small silver bell in the front, and it was pastell green. That would look good, right? No, she was a dark cat. Something to fit her personality, I found another one. This one was dark purple-ish blue-ish with a golden bell in the front. It would fit her perfectly.~ She is our little princess now, isn't she? I walked around the pet store and found some cat food for Sinbi, I then walk over to the cash register to pay. "New pet?" The cashier asks. "Yeah, me and my roommate just got a cat." I say and smile at her. "Is it a boy or a girl?" "A girl." "Oh, I thought it might've been your boyfriend." Wait, she was talking about Taehyung? "Oh, my roommate is a guy. Our cat is a girl." "Is he your boyfriend?" "No, we're just roommates." I say and smile nervously. "Aaand there, do you want your receipt?" "Yes, thank you! Bye." I say and grab a bag with Sinbi's things. I then got into the car and drove home. When I got home I opened the door and Sinbi immediately ran over to me. "Aw man, we were watching TV together." Taehyung whines. "Hello to you too Taehyung." I say with sarcasm in my voice. I kneel down to pet Sinbi, she seemed to have adapted quickly to living here. She stoked her head against my hand and purred. "I'm happy to see you too Sinbi.~" She then runs over to Taehyung again and lies down next to him. I grab the collar I chose for Sinbi and walked over to her and put on the collar. She shook her head a few times making the bell shake and make noise, she then stopped and looked at me. She looked satisfied. I walk into the kitchen and put down the food bowl and put the cat food into one of the kitchen cabinets. I then walk into the living room and sit down next to Sinbi, Sinbi was in between me and Taehyung. I petted her and she purred.

Taehyung's P.O.V
Now I have two beautiful, strong and independent women in my house.~ I mean, one of them was a cat but that doesn't mean she wasn't beautiful. "I'll be down in a minute." Y/N sais and walks upstairs. "Alright so Sinbi, you better not get with any boys in the street. They're only trouble, understand?" I say and look at Sinbi. Why was I talking to a cat? Sinbi only looked at me like she was confused by my words. "Aish, Sinbi..." I say and hear Y/N come downstairs. She walked into the living room again. She was wearing shorts and a tight tank top really bringing out her body shape. "Yah, Y/N-ah..." I say and look at her as I felt something weird. I look down quickly. Shit... I quickly grab a pillow to cover him. "Yeah Taehyung?" She sais. Aish Y/N-ah... Didn't Yoongi tell you that you were sexy? He had told me while she were looking around my old dorm that Jungkook had been staring at her. "Didn't... Yoongi hyung tell you?" I continued. "Tell me what?" She looked at me with a confused look. Did I really want to say that? No, it might make it awkward between us. "T-That... He's working on a new song! Yeah, that's it!" I say and look away. I had to do something about him... "No?" She sais and looks even more confused. "Yoongi oppa didn't tell me about that, I'm excited to hear it when he finishes it." She sais. Wait she calls him oppa but not me? "Why do you call him oppa?" "Because he's older than me?" She answers. "Yeah, but why do you only call me by my name?" I say and look at her. "Because I don't?" She sais and looks at me with a satisfied smirk on her face. "Unfair..." "Nah, it's just that I don't call you oppa since.. well.~" She sits towards me on my lap and leans in closer to my ear... Was she trying to seduce me? "I have something else I want to call you.~" She whispers seductively. Damn Y/N, you're being such a tease right now. "Y-Yeah?" Dang I was even stuttering because of her. "Kim. Tae. Hyung." She whispers and gets off me. "Yah! What was that?!" "Me having a bit of fun. Don't think I didn't notice undertaeker down there..." Dang it.

Y/N's P.O.V
Did he think I didn't notice? He literally stared at it for like 5 seconds before covering it. "Let's just watch some dramas yeah?" I say and switch channels. "Yeah, sure." He sais and I take Sinbi into my lap and pet her as we watch our dramas together. "Do you think Sinbi likes the dramas too?" Taehyung asks. "Maybe. I wouldn't know, I can't speak cat." I say as I keep petting her. It's quiet again until Taehyung breaks the silence. "How did she get in?" Taehyung asks. "Maybe she went through the vents like a ninja. Oh, or maybe she went through the open window in the kitchen." I say as I look at Taehyung. He looks embarrassed, did I take it too far? "I'm sorry I didn't mean it." I say and feel guilty. "Nah, don't worry about it. I should've figured it out myself." He sais and flashes me his rectangular box smile. I then lean down towards Sinbi and whisper in her ear. "Go help daddy cheer up.~" Wait did I just... "Is that what you wanted to call me? 'Daddy'?" Shit shit shit, what did I just say? "Taehyung, you're a dad of a fur baby. That's why I said daddy... Because you're Sinbi's 'dad'." I say and Sinbi gets up and walks over to Taehyung. "Then that would make you her mom." He sais and looks at me with a smirk. Aish, Y/N what have you done to yourself? "Then that would mean... you and me..~" "Don't you dare finish that sentence." I say and give him a serious look. "Must be dating!~" "Wait what?" "Wait, Y/N... What were you thinking of?" I look away with a flushed face. "Y/N the byuntae is back!" He sais and chuckles. "Yah! I'm not!" "You're not back?" "Taehyung you know what I-... I'm tired. I'm going to bed. Goodnight." I say and sigh. I stand up and walk upstairs to my room with Sinbi following right behind me. "Goodnight.~" He yells upstairs as I fall asleep with Sinbi by my side...

WOW I FINISHED YET ANOTHER CHAPTER WITH FALLING ASLEEP... I HAVE GREAT IMAGINATION. YEAH.... but ye i finished another chapter at least
