Chapter four | Bromance

I was downstairs eating lunch when the doorbell went off, did Taehyung order something, or was someone coming over without me knowing? "I'll get it!" Taehyung yells into the kitchen as he runs to the front door. I couldn't see who was on the front porch but I could tell who it was from the way he talked to Taehyung. 'Hyung!' was the first thing he said, I figured it was Jungkook and got up and walked over to Taehyung to see if I was right. Yup, I was right. Jungkook was standing there smiling at the sight of his hyung. "Hey, Jungkook." I say before I try to reach up to Taehyungs shoulder with my chin to get noticed by the both of them. It was hard to do it since I was shorter than him. "Oh, hey Y/N. I didn't see you, you're so small." Jungkook sais obviously teasing me because of my height. "Yah! It's not my fault I'm short." I say and Taehyung lifts me up on his back so I can have my chin on his shoulder. "Much better." I say and relax a bit. "Hyung, are you guys a thing?" Jungkook asks and looks Taehyung. "No, why?" "It's just... you guys act alot like a couple." "We're just comfortable around eachother, it's important being comfortable around your roommate." Taehyung sais and holds my thighs to keep me up which makes my face heat up. "Y/N? Are you okay? You look a bit flushed." Jungkook sais looking at me a little worried. "Yeah, I'm okay. Let's go inside?" I say trying to escape Taehyung's grip. I couldn't escape his grip this time, he carried me inside on his back with Jungkook following right behind him.

We all sat down in the living room, but I got up almost immediately to go get my food. "Y/N, there are dramas on TV, come back." Taehyung slightly yells so I would hear. "I'm eating!" I yelled back and continued eating. I pull out my phone and checked my social media's. Yoongi had posted something so I checked it. He had been at a really nice cafe. Aish, it looked so nice. I wish I could go there. Maybe I should call Yoongi and ask him out for dinner or something? Just as friends. Nah, I'll stay at home tonight since Jungkook's visiting. "Y/N-ah~" I felt a hot breath on my neck which startled me. "Why won't you come to the living room with us?" It was Taehyung, if course it was. Why would Jungkook do something like that? "Hyung, let me try." I can't belive this boy. Seriously I thought he was gonna be an innocent maknae but maybe not. Taehyung makes room for Jungkook to try. "Jagi.~ Why won't you come to the living room with us?" They were making me uncomfortable so I just got up and walk upstairs to my room and lay sprawled out on my bed. I put in my ear buds and begin playing music for myself. What were those boys even doing?

Taehyungs P.O.V

"Hyung, did I say something wrong?" Jungkook asks looking at me. "She gets shy around new people. Don't worry you didn't say anything wrong." "But hyung, I'm not new to her. She's known me for like 3 weeks already." Jungkook sais and gives me a confused look. "It takes longer for her to feel comfortable around new people, have patience." "How come she let you in so quickly?" "I'm her roommate. She lives with me so I see her everyday, that's why." I noticed that Y/N hadn't finished her food and it was still on the table. "Jungkook, you can go back to the living room. I'll join you in a bit." "Alright Tae." Jungkook goes back to the living room and watches what's on TV while I walk upstairs with Y/N's food. "Y/N? You didn't finish your food." I said as I knocked on her door. "Y/N. Can you hear me?" I asked with no response. I open the door to see her sprawled out on her bed with ear buds in. I walk inside and put the food on her desk and then walk up to her bed. She had fallen asleep. "Aish Y/N. You didn't even finish your food." I say as I look at her sleeping face. I guess meeting and hanging out with new people was really tiring for her. I shake her slightly to wake her up. "Y/N... you didn't finish your food." She wasn't answering so i took her ear buds out of her ears. "Y/N. I took your food upstairs, it's on your desk." She woke up slightly and looked like she was trying to figure out where the voice came from with her eyes closed. She was so cute, acting like a child not wanting to get up for school. "Y/N, you have to finish your food." I say and slightly lean down towards her as I sit down on the edge of her bed.

Your P.O.V

I open my eyes when I hear Taehyung's voice, to my surprise he had leaned down closer to my face. Before I could say anything to tell him I'm awake, he gave me a light peck on my cheek. "Good, now you're awake.~" He sais as he notices that my eyes are open. "Come downstairs when you finish your food, yeah?" He sais and I nod as he leaves my room. Why did he do that? I listened to music as I finished my food and went downstairs. When I walked in to the living room Jungkook was basically cuddling with Taehyung. "Uhm, did I interrupt something?" I say as I look at them. "No, come on in and sit down with us." Taehyung sais and looks at me. I walk over and sit down with them, making myself as comfortable as I possibly can with two guys cuddling by my side. Don't get me wrong, I'm not homophobic, I just wasn't quite used to the scene. We watch TV together and after a while Jungkook has to go. "Alright, bye Y/N and Taehyung!" Jungkook sais before leaving and closing the door. "Why were you guys cuddling when I came downstairs?" I asked Taehyung. "We're best friends, it's called a bromance." he answers casually. "So there's nothing going on between you guys, right?" "Of course not. We're just really good friends." "So like us then?" I ask Taehyung. (Damn Taehyung just got friendzoned.) "Yeah, of course." Taehyung answers looking a little dissapointed. "Is there something wrong?" I ask him looking a bit worried. "No, it's nothing. Don't worry." He gives me a reassuring smile. "Alright, that's good to know." I say as I scoot close enough to hug him from the side. "You know you can tell me anything, right?" I ask and break the hug. "Of course Y/N, I'll tell you if something is bothering me.~" "Okay, good!~" I say and wrap my arms around him and he wraps his around me as we watch TV, having a cozy evening together.
