You're the most complicated person I've ever known
But I don't know why I still want you to be my own
We've known each other since grade school
And until now, we kept our friendship cool.

I don't know when or how your feelings started to grow
And I can't blame cupids if they hit you with their bow and arrow
But I'm grateful that you followed your heart
Though you know that it would be hard from the start.

I can't remember either how my feelings begun
I just suddenly realized that I want you to be my man
And all I know now is that I love my bestfriend
And I want to fight this feeling till the end.

Loving a bestfriend is really difficult
Some people consider this feeling as a fault
They may not understand us
But I'm still hoping that this would last.

I never did imagine
That this could happen
I know it sounds crazy
But I fell in love with my best friend.
