Time War - Tenth Doctor x Teen reader

I was walking around the tardis, exploring new areas all over the place. It's a thing I always do when I have nothing else to do, and today was one of that days. I discovered a lot of different rooms:
A kitchen
A karaoke room
A dance room (?)
A laboratory
A cosplay room ಠ_ಠ
A... Computer room ??
A cinema
Aaaaand a sushi bar

I have to say that the tardis' rooms never stopped surprising me. I really like it. In the tardis you just can't get bored because you could end anywhere in time and space aaand because there are always some strange rooms here and there ready to be discovered. I love this place so much, I am so glad that my parents trusted the doctor and let me go with him.
Now I was in one of my favorite rooms: the library. I love how many books you could find in there.
I had just finished reading (Y/F/B) when a big book caught my attention: it was a book named THE TIME WAR. I knew that the doctor was there, but he never told me how that war was and I was very curious, so I put down my book and started reading the time war book.
Oh god... What a terrible experience... That war... That war destroyed planets! There are species that have lots their home planet in this war... So much pain... I can almost feel it inside of me... So many deaths... So many innocent people killed just because of this stupid war... The pain and suffering that the time war brought were so much...

*doctor pov*
I was searching for (Y/N) around the tardis. She likes to explore it, but every time she does I fear she could get lost in her endless rooms. I had just passed the library when I heard... someone crying? I entered the room to see a sad and crying (Y/N) hidden in a corner. Sometimes it's hard for humans to understand why teenagers cry, but timelords hasn't this kind of problem, we can speak baby for God's sake! It's obvious that we can understand why teenagers cry.
This is why I didn't even need to look at it to know that the time war book was open. I kneeled down in front of her and hugged her.
"It's ok, it's all ok. I know the time war was a terrible thing, but it's over and there will never be another one." I said her trying to comfort her while hugging her like a father would.
"Why?! Why do people have to do wars! Why can't anyone just live in peace, loving the others!" She sobbed in my chest while I softly patted her head.
"I don't know (Y/N), but I promise you that one day that will be the reality. Everyone that lives in peace"
After what seemed to be hours she calmed down and stopped crying, so I slowly stopped hugging her and got up. I helped her up too, guiding her to the kitchen, where she took some chocolate.
"Thank you doctor, for... You know... Being there earlier, when I was crying. You are like a father for me. No, you are more. You are my best friend." She said while eating the chocolate. I smiled at her sentence, I really was her best friend, but I loved her as I would do with a daughter, so...
"Then I am your... Best Friend-dad?" I said. She laughed a bit at the name and nodded.
"Yupp! You are my Best Friend-dad"

[Yaaaaay! I did it! I really hope you liked it! It took me a bit to think about how writing it, it's my first time writing a x Teen reader fanfic and I am really bad at describing the reactions of a teenager, even if I am one ಠ_ಠ
