It's hard to learn more about and train a dog. Put a collar on one though... and they're a lot easier to control.
How do you think you'd feel if you were a just a teenaged guy feeling like a lost puppy? A dog trying to free himself from depression's electric collar? You can't really tell when it's gonna hit.
Better keep your loved ones safe and away before they get caught in your mood swings. Wouldn't want anyone to get hurt, would you?
