The Party

After we had finished eating our sushi and we had arrived back at Milly's house I decided to have a shower to freshen up a bit before I get ready for the night ahead that I'm partially dreading.

After I got out of the shower I suggested that Milly and I watch some Netflix seeing as it's still ages until I have to start doing my makeup and straightening my hair. As we are watching the walking dead I glanced down at my phone to see what the time is but I notice a message from Ciaran saying "looking forward to tonight" with a winky face. But when I look a little higher I realize its already 5:30.

"Oh shit" I yell out
Then Milly also realizes the time and screams at the top of her lungs,
"We have to get ready"
"Wish calm down" I then say laughing.

I put on the little black dress, the pink jacket and the new heels that we bought earlier today and then Milly starts straightening my hair. Meanwhile I'm also doing my makeup in the mirror.
"I'm so nervous" I say to Milly
"Don't be, your going to have fun" Milly smiles at me,
"All done" she then said.

After a few minutes we hear a knock on the door from downstairs. I run over to the window and it's Ciaran, of coarse. I say bye to Milly and then walked down stairs. When I open the door at first Ciaran is staring at his shoes but then he slowly starts to look up. His facial expression suddenly changes as his cheeks start to blush.

"Wow, you look amazing" he says smiling as if he'd just walked into a house full of cute, fuzzy kittens.
"Uhh, thanks" I say blushing and staring at the ground.
"You ready to go" he said,
"Yeah" I reply nervously

As I walk down the path way Ciaran races ahead to quickly open the car door for me. I just smile a little as he walks around and gets into the driver's side. As we drive away I look up and see Milly smiling and giving me a thumbs up from her window but soon enough I can no longer see Milly or her house.

After we had been driving in awkward silence for a while we arrived at the venue of the Party.
Whoever owns this house must be filthy rich because it looks amazing.

We walked inside and there where so many people. I've never been to a party like this before.
"Come on, I'll introduce you to some people" Ciaran says with that same old sweet smile of his. We walked towards a group of people and a few of them turn around.

"Isabelle this is Chelsea, we go to school together now",
"Oh hi, it's nice to meet you" the girl then said to me.
I just smile at her. She is really beautiful. Then Ciaran leans in and hugs her, instantly this shocks me, "he doesn't like her dose he?" I think to myself. It looks like they know each other really well.

I then get introduced to about five other people who all seem really nice. Suddenly I start to think to myself "I'm glad I came, there are so many sweet people".

I look up and realize that Ciaran is staring at me.
"What" I say sounding confused,
"It's nothing" he says blushing a little,
"No, tell me" I giggle a little,
"Well, your just really beautiful, like more beautiful than any other girl I've ever seen",
"Cheesy much" I say laughing.
He then starts to blush hard and smile a little.

"Uh, do you want a drink?",
"sure" I reply.
Shortly later he walks back with two drinks in red plastic cups.
I grab one from his hand and take a sip. Someone must have turned the music up cause it just got really loud.
"Hey, do you wanna go sit outside" Ciaran says almost yelling so that I could hear him.
"Sure" I then answer politely.

We were outside talking for what felt like hours. The weird thing is I just feel so comfortable around him. But I still can't help but to wonder if that girl that Ciaran introduced me to likes him. I just really hope that he doesn't like her!
