Noreen's POV:

It's been a week since I last saw Ana or Ava. Cassie told me that she and Ana saw Ava get into a car with Oliver the day she went missing.

They're both dead. I can just feel it.

Cassie's Point of View:

I enter my home room class and see a new kid sitting at the desk next to mine. He grins at me as I sit next to him.

"Hi, I'm Tate." He says. He has curly blonde hair and is the cutest guy I've ever seen.

"I'm Cassie." I say and give him a small smile.

Tate and I chatted a lot during class and for once in the past week I didn't worry about Ana and Ava. I was just...happy.

"Psst" Tate slips me a piece of paper with his phone number on it over to me. In return, I give him mine. He breaks out into a huge grin and the bell rings.

........

I sit at lunch with my friends and I see Tate walk in. I smile and wave him over to our table. He sits next to me pulls a sandwich out of his lunch bag. Audrey and Noreen eye him suspiciously.

"Audrey and Noreen, this is Tate. Tate, this is Audrey and Noreen." I say introducing everyone.

"Hi Tate." Audrey says without question.

"Hello!" He says and smiles at her and Noreen. Noreen still looks unsure.

Noreen's Current POV:

I eye Tate suspiciously. I don't trust him, if he hurts Cassie I will end him. Nathan walks up to the table.

"Hi Audrey!" Nathan says excitedly. He is obviously best friends with Audrey. "Who's this?" He asks, raising an eyebrow.

"I'm Tate, nice to meet you-" Tate begins and Nathan finishes his sentence.

"Nathan."

The rest of lunch went by quickly. It's so dull without Ava and Ana.

As lunch ends I grab Nathan's wrist and pull him into the hallway.

"Okay Nathan, I can tell that you're suspicious of Tate too." I say quickly in a harsh whisper.

"There's something weird about that guy." Nathan says.

"Glad that we can agree on something for once. We need to keep close watch on that guy." I say. I walk off and go to my next class.
