Damaged Mate

chapter 4

Akita pov
*next day*

I woke up in a soft bed with a soft pillow. I felt something on my waist and seen an arm. I look behind me and bruno was right there laying next to me. He somewhat seemed hurt and stresssd. I laid back down because my head hurt. I turn to face him he looked so cute when he is sleeping. I didn't want to wake him, so I laid there laying my head on his chest listening to his heartbeat. After a couple of minutes I felt him move I tossed to the other side fake sleeping.

"Akita?"he whispers quietly.

I silently groan and stretched like I was asleep. I look up at him and tilted my head.

  "Akita, are you hungry I can cook you something if you like" Bruno says.

I looked at the window and nod. He smiles at me and walks out to cook.  While he went to cook I got up and went to the bathroom to brush my teeth and do lady things.  As I look in the mirror I see bruises on my forehead and collarbone. Even though, I was looking at myself I did realize I was in different clothes. I begin to think about what happen last night not remembering it well.  I got scared and looked for a way out of the house. The Windows were not an option as it was a two story house. I searched for my clothes not finding them I walked out the room and looked for an exit.  When I walked downstairs I looked for the door as i looked i bumped into somethung thay made a groan as i fell and curled up in a ball. While I was curled up scared I heard a growl of someone

  "Min lee! Get out of here now!" Bruno growls. I heard the person called min lee run out and shut the door. "Akita get up I won't hurt you"he say calmly.

"Ple-ease get away" I say shaking.

Bruno's pov

I was asleep when I felt something warm on my chest. I started to wake up and seen Akita toss to the other side of the bed.

"Akita?" I whispered quietly not wanting to wake her up if she was asleep. She groaned and looks at me and did a cute head tilt. "Akita, are you hungry I can cook you something"I finished. She nodded.

When I walked off to go cook I growled to myself remembering what all happened

in thought to last night

'someone help!' Her screams terriorized me. I went to her and beat the rapist in anger hearing her squeal from being kneed in the head I knocked the one who kneed her out and had someone take him to the cells. I looked at Akita and picked her up gently seeing her clothes were ripped I took off my shirt to cover her uncovered body. I brought her to the camp where my father greeted me and looked at the car and nods I carried her to my room and took off her clothes after finding some that might fit her. I had Delaney bring me a pair of underwear+bra for her and got her dressed. 

Out of thought back to present,

I clenched my jaw remembering the bruises on her face and collarbone and other bruises on her body. I heard akita squeal and i dart out of the kitchen to see min lee and Akita on the floor curled up in a ball I growled loudly warning min lee to get out.
"Akita get up I won't hurt you"I say

Akita stayed the way she was and said "ple-ease get away."

I watched her feeling guilty for some reason and bent down "don't worry Akita I won't hurt you"I say trying to get her to look at me.

Akita wrapped her arms around my neck and started crying. I picked her up and carried her to the bedroom quietly.

"Akita look at me"I say patting her back.
She looks at me allowing me to wipe her tears. I look at her puffed face and smiles  "don't cry. it's alright. Im sorry I scared you. If min lee comes near you tell me" I said. Akita nods and hugged me putting her face in the crook of my neck soon falling asleep.
