Moriartyyyyyyyyyyyy. Why does he always have to randomly pop in back into my life after I had peaceful time to forget him? Why can't I forget him? I mean, he's just another villain, right? I mentally slapped myself. I shouldn't be thinking about an enemy right now, I have clients to text, and cases to solve. Although John wants me to completely recover by doing no cases, I insisted and therefore, clients are asking for my help once again. I scrolled through the various text conversations and found a case: "Lady killed from asphyxiation, death staged as suicide, but linked to murder. Oooh I love a real good mystery to solve. I scanned through the article and connected the facts in my mind palace. Case closed. I texted back, "The lady was murdered by her family because the lady was rich and signed a contract giving all to her family, when dead, and the family had choked her to death with gloves". I smirked happily at my tremendous work.
"Awwwww. You look so adorable when you smile." I rolled my eyes. "I've come here just to check on you. Y'know, to check how your health is." he said with a hint of honesty in his voice. "Why do you care?!" I answered with anger filling. He faked surprise, "How could you say that?! I need my snarky, sarcastic detective back." I narrowed my eyes, my detective? Even with all the teasing, he seems a bit genuine... "Do you tell John about me? I want him to feel jealous." He joked. I rolled my eyes once again and answered "It's not like that." He smirked and playfully replied, "You didn't deny it either." I flinched back from the response and was about to interrupt, but was stopped by a knock on the door. "Sherlock? Have you finished your cake yet?"
