//I'm back?! Yep! Not long though:( I can officially say I'm not a huge part of the Grey's fandom anymore, let alone the Addek fandom. Don't get me wrong I still love them, but I've moved on to others.  HOWEVER, this is one of my most popular fics (thank you by the way<3) and on top of that I remember what it was like to ship these babies so hard and find very few fics out there so this one is for all you Addek shippers that are craving content and are secretly a little pissed at the authors for not writing anymore (I'm having vivid flashbacks). Thank you to @/otp-imagines-cult on Tumblr for the prompt, I'm going to start an MSR fic full of one-shots from their prompts pretty soon so I hope some of you will be into that!

Cheers, babies! xx
And enjoy:)//

{Derek wants a scary movie night, Addison doesn't because the last time they did it she had to deal with three days of Derek's nightmares}

"C'mon Addie! It'll be so much fun" Derek whined.

Addison rolled her eyes, "no, Derek. You'll scare yourself, remember the last time we did this?"

Now it was his turn to roll his eyes, "Addie, I'm older and wiser now. I know there's no such thing as spirits and demons" he shot her a wink and a lopsided smirk.

"I dunno Derek, we'll talk about it at lunch. I have to go start rounds"

"Sounds good, that'll give me time to prepare my case" Derek spun around and began to walk away, a big grin plastered on his face.

"What an idiot" Addison muttered, an identical grin escaping her lips.

"I know he is, but why this time?" Callie popped up from around the corner.

Addison shook her head and laughed. "He wants to watch a scary movie tonight. Last time we did that he had nightmares for the next three days."

   "What'd you watch?" Callie giggled.

   "The Conjuring"

"Damn that's an intense one, you were fine?" Callie inquired

"That type of stuff doesn't particularly bother me" Addison shrugged. "Real life events are scarier because they're actually real"

Callie shrugged, "may as well give in, pick your battles you know?"

"I suppose you're right." This, compared to the arguments they were having when Addie first came to Seattle Grace, was nothing to argue over.

"Have fun!" Callie winked at her friend who was already swiftly making her way towards the NICU. Addie turned and gave Callie a thumbs up.

Addison was exhausted by the time lunch rolled around. She had performed two surgeries and delivered one natural birth. You'd think she was the one who had to go through labour judging by how tired she was.

"Sooo?" Derek snuck up behind Addie causing her to jump.

"Derek!" The redhead scolded in surprise.

"Just prepping you for tonight" He smirked.

"What makes you think I'm gonna say yes?"
