I am certain there will be debates for many hundreds of years on our conclave's decision not to excommunicate the starborn, Cassian Asango. The Nemesai bishop argued that the blessing of Promethiock should not spare the boy from the judgment of the gods, for not even great dragon himself could escape such judgment. We of the Lucinian order debated this issue long ourselves, and ultimately we determined that Promethiock was imprisoned, but he could not be destroyed. Among all the celestial beings, he is the closest to us, and was our greatest champion. Without the Great Dragon our race would have died away many centuries ago. We chose to respect his blessing of Cassian Asango, and to await the unfolding of the Chosen One's destiny.
