A Greater Power - Lloyd x Reader (HIATUS)

Please Come Out

(Y/n) Pov.

Lloyds been acting so distant lately. Not just around me but around everyone. I know he has his reasons but I wish he'd just come out of his shell for a little bit.
It's because it's so near the time he has to fight his father and he knows it. He's afraid. He doesn't want to fight. I don't want him to have to, he could be killed or injured. I don't know what I would do with myself if he were to die.

There've been stone warriors around a lot now. They've attacked many times already. Not only his Lloyd training for the battle, but we're trying to get the Bounty ready to go over to the dark islands. I'm going with them as well, but I'm not afraid. Well, I am afraid but they don't need to know that.

I paced around my room trying to figure out how I could get Lloyd to talk to someone for a while. He's been training so hard in afraid he'll kill himself. I don't want him to overexert himself but I believe he may already have.

I decided to head over to the Ninja's place to check on Lloyd and say hi to the others. I ran down the street and tried to find the Bounty. When I finally found it, I signaled for them to send down a latter and then I climbed up it.

"Hey guys," I said with a smile as I walked in through the Bounty's door. They all smiled back at me and waved.
"Hey (Y/n)!" Nya exclaimed. I smiled at her and gave her a hug.
"Seen Lloyd around?" I asked her. Nya's smile turned into a frown and she shook her head.

"None of us have seen him for a long while," Cole said and a sigh. "He's stuck either in his room pacing or in the training room training," he said shrugging his shoulders. I nodded my head a bit sadly. Sighing, I headed to the training room where I heard punching and spinjitzu. I knocked on the door rapidly.

"Lloyd please come out. Everyone is worried about you," I said. No answer, just more training sounds. I knocked again. "Lloyd, please, I'm worried about you. I miss you," I said sadly. There still wasn't an answer. I sat down against the wall next to the door and put my head to my knees. "I'm worried about you Lloyd. Come out please!" I pleaded as a tear went down my face. I flew like sobbing just then.
It felt like ages but I suddenly heard the door creek open and my heart skipped a beat with anticipation.

"(Y/n)..." came the familiar voice above me. I looked up from having my head in my legs. Lloyd was standing at the opening of the door. He looked tired and stressed but other than that he looked like the same oldLloyd he'd always been. My Lloyd.
I managed to smile up at him. "Hey," is aid quietly. He smiled back at me slightly.
"Hey back," he replied. My smile bright and I stood up. I looked up a bit so that I could look him in the eyes.
"I've really missed you," I said. He nodded.
"I've missed you too..." Lloyd answered. "I'm really sorry for neglecting you so long... I've just been so stressed about this," he apologized.
"No need to apologize," I replied. "I understand..."
"It wasn't fair of me. You need to be loved just as much as anyone and I wasn't giving you that love. I'm really sorry and I will come out more often," he said. I nodded my head slightly. "Is there anything I can do to make up for it?"
I thought about it for a minute and then a smile smirk grew on my lips. "Well...you could...give me a kiss?" I suggested. A smile appeared on Lloyd's face and he nodded.
"Alright then," he answered. He leaned down slightly and kissed me passionately on the lips. I felt like I had just been electrocuted and if I had been an android or a robot, I definitely would've short-circuited.
After about a minute of him kissing me I heard someone clear their throat and me and Lloyd immediately jumped apart. Kai was standing there with a smirk on his face.

"Did I interrupt anything?" he asked us. I shook my head which was now as red as a tomato.
"Um, n-no no-nothing at all," Lloyd stuttered which was really cute.
"How long were you there?" I asked. Kai chuckled and began turning around but looked over his shoulder to answer,
"Long enough to know that you two need to get a room," he replied. That only darkened my blush but I couldn't help but resist to laugh at that.

I feel like that was super short ugh. 😒 I hate having writers block.
Also I am REALLY SORRY for such a long wait for this. I just got bored with it for a while. So sorry!! Please don't hate me!
