Me: Have you seen the movie Whiskers?
Kendra: Nope.
Me: Well, you wouldn't have, it's from 1997. It's about a boy... who thinks his parents are about to take away his cat, so he makes a wish to Bastet, the Cat Goddess, to turn Whiskers human. Then he and Whiskers embark on a journey to find Whiskers' mother. In the end, he finds her, Whiskers turns back into a cat, and the boy gets into Oxford.
Kendra: What? That couldn't happen! The cat turns human?
Me: Yeah, it could... it's a movie. Special effects can make anything happen!
Kendra: That's unrealistic... couldn't happen.
Me: You're unrealistic!
Kendra: YOU'RE unrealistic!
Me: Say one more word about Whiskers, I dare you... and I'll never speak to you again.
