"Hyung?"
"Yes, Guk-ah?"
"Are you coming with me?"
"Of course, I want to see my soulmate as well."
"Oh, ok."
"Well, come on! Do you have everything?"
"Uh yeah, I think so." Jeonguk quickly made sure to double-check the bag currently in his hands. He looked up and nodded at Jimin.
"Great!"
And so the two started making way to Jimin's car to meet Taehyung at the train station. He was supposed to come back at 4 pm and it was half passed 3 right now.
Jimin and Jeonguk had come up with the idea of surprising Taehyung with a plushie of a fox. It was honestly quite adorable and Jeonguk had gotten himself a bunny plushie.
Not that Jimin knew of course. But he thought it was quite fitting. Taehyung said once that he had cute bunny teeth when smiled.
And Jeonguk thought a fox represented Taehyung really well.

The ride was short and filled with the soothing sound of Bigbang playing and of course with Jimin's occasional prodding about him and Taehyung. Jeonguk didn't necessarily answer them, too nervous to do anything but nod.
He was too distracted, thinking of possible things he could do once he saw Taehyung, that he hadn't notice the car coming to a stop. He glanced outside the window.
"Come on, Guk-ah." Jimin said and got out of the car.
Jeonguk took a deep breath, gripped the bag in his hands and got out after him.
Jimin lead the way to where they were supposed to wait for Taehyung's arrival. He made his spot behind him as Jimin came to an abrupt stop.
Jeonguk sighed, he shouldn't be so nervous, after all it was Taehyung.
But it wasn't just Taehyung...it was his...well there was no label for him and Tae, Taehyung was the only real person he genuinely liked and if he didn't fix things. He'd sure to resent Jeonguk.
"Jeonguk."
Jeonguk blinked and shifted his eyes from the ground to Jimin's face. "Yeah?"
Jimin shook his head. "Aish kid, you're over thinking things. It'll be alright, this is Taehyung we're talking about."
"Exactly."
Jimin puffed his cheeks out. "Bro; I'm positive he likes you back..."
Jeonguk just gave him a look.
"Kekeke, I'll admit I haven't seen you act so...smitten before. It's cute."
Jeonguk now rolled his eyes and promptly shuffled the bag closer, the thing was now completely smushed at his side.
Jimin snickered before his attention was diverted to a train coming to a stop. He immediately searched for his blond-haired friend as the doors opened. Jeonguk followed suit.
When Jimin started waving his hands and shouting "Tae!" Jeonguk knew that he saw him.
As crowds drifted further away from them and Taehyung became more visible, Jeonguk felt an immense relief at seeing him once again.
Taehyung smiled and he saw his bestfriend but paused as his eyes focused on Jeonguk.
Nonetheless he came closer. "Jiminie!"
"Taetae!" Jimin grinned as he pulled Taehyung in for a bear hug and swayed them in their embrace.
"I missed you, you goof." Jimin pouted as he let him go.
Taehyung laughed. "I was only gone for a few days."
If possible, Jimin's pout seemed to deepen at the remark. "But still..." He mumbled.
Taehyung beamed and finally turned to Jeonguk.
"Gukkie..."
Jeonguk nibbled on his bottom lip and gave Taehyung a nervous look; bringing the bag closer to his front. Before he could speak, he found himself being squeezed by Taehyung's arms around him.
Jeonguk smiled for what it seemed the first time in a while and squeezed him even harder.
"Ow, ow ok. We get it 'Guk, you work out." Taehyung teased as he leaned back.
"Shut up."
"Pfft..."
Jeonguk smiled once more and held the bag for Taehyung to take.
"OOOoooohhhHh, what's this?" Taehyung excitedly opened it and brought the plushie up in his hands.
"Oh my...it's...frigging adorable!" Taehyung squealed and hugged the fox tightly to his chest.
"Aww thank you so much, Jeongukie!" Taehyung gave Jeonguk a fleeting peck that had both blushing.
"Okay. Okay. Jimin is feeling left out. Stop this mushy shit and let's yeet!" Jimin cut in.
Jeonguk nodded and grabbed Taehyung's hand as they both followed Jimin to his car.
