Chapter 2

So? How is it? Is it too little for one chapter? I dunno. I didn't really know what to write in the first chapter so I thought maybe I'd tell you guys how Michelle met Joshua and some of his friends.

Okay I'm not really sure if this chapter is better than the first one but I'll keep my fingers crossed. Cuz I don't plan what I'm gonna write, I just do it... for fun's sake.

I'm so dumb. Dumbest betch in the whole God damn universe. Why did i think the handsome, cool boys would be my guardian angels?

I must've made a pretty frustrated face because all three of 'em were staring at me with big concerned eyeballs.

"Earth to Michelle. Yo! I'm just kidding. Don't be too serious, lighten up a bit. You look like a newborn that tasted his first lemon." Arthur's husky voice interrupted my thoughts.

Oh, come on! It's my first day. You don't just go around playing serious tricks on people like that. But what he said was true. My face was really like a lemon-eating newborn. But you gotta give me some credit, I mean... first day.

"Damn you, Arthur! You scared the crap outta me. You're lucky I didn't die of a heart attack like my grandma did." I said jokingly. My grandma didn't really die of a heart attack, I never knew her. Mom wouldn't ever talk about her. So it was basically like I didn't have a grandma.

"I'm a joker" he said as he raised his shoulders to his head and did a 'yup that's right' face. "You guys going for lunch? Mind if I tag along?"

"Nah. Come on. I'm starving. You can actually hear my stomach making whale noises." Joshua said while rubbing his tummy. "Wanna listen to the majestic whales, Michelle?" He wiggled his eyebrows at me again.

"Sure" I answered him with the most sarcastic voice I had. I heard Dylen choking in his own laughter after he heard me say that. Joshua gave him a punch on the shoulder then replied me "Well, one day then, hon."

I scoffed at this. "Don't call me hon, bruh." I said in a serious tone.

"And definitely never call a guy that calls you pretty as your 'bruh'. It MIGHT hurt his feelings, hon." He teased me back.

I swear, I'm gonna spank that ass of his as soon as I get the chance. That boy needed to be taught a lesson.

Before I gave him I ultimate comeback, Arthur cut me off. "I don't need to hear anymore chit-chit-chits from you two love birds." He teased.

Someone help me now. Well... at least Dylen hadn't started reading me yet.

"Can you smell that, Michelle? It's the smell of my REAL best friend." Dylen paused for a moment then continued "Food" he smiled as we walked closer and closer to the canteen.

Everyone laughed at this. You gotta hand it to him, he was a funny guy.

"What about me, dude?!!? Am I just a walking coat rack to you??" Joshua pretended to lash out.

We laughed again til we finally reach an empty table and sat down.

"Hey guys..." I muttered.

"You havin' fun or wut, fam?" Arthur squeezed into the seat beside me.

"Yeah it's the most fun I've ever had in years. But that's not what I wanted to tell u guys."

"Then why aren't you telling us?" Dylen asked in a concerned tone.
