(Carrie's POV)

I woke up sitting in a dark hallway with a single window at the end of it. I was holding a flashlight and there was what appeared to be a white X in front of me. I turned my flashlight on. At the end of the hall just under the window was a white chair and sitting in the chair was a small worn looking plushie.

The plushie was a sickly yellow colored bunny. It had small black pupils and holes along it's ears and and joints. It had a lot of small white teeth that looked like they could rip a hole in me given the chance. It was sitting limply in the chair. I kept my flashlight trained on it. We should stay right here said that pesky reasonable voice in my head. I  thought that had been dealt with.

Since reason said to stay put I decided to go towards the odd plushie. Never listen to reason came Nightmare's voice in my head. He's been surprisingly quiet I thought. I came to the chair and knelt down so I was face to face with the plushie. I turned on the Nightmare vision and looked at the plush. It didn't have a glowing void. He was just without color. Like the toy animatronics.

Suddenly the plush twitched. I moved back just a bit. "Hello?" I said to it. The eyes looked at me then back at nothing. I smiled "It's ok. You don't have to stay there." The plush was still for a moment before sighing and sitting up straight. It was a small thing. It barely reached the top of the chair when it was sitting all the way up. The plush looked me up and down. "You're not the usual kid." It said. It's voice was a slightly higher pitch than mine only it was male. I nodded. "I've been getting that a lot as of late." I said crossing my legs. "My name is Carrie" I said holding out my hand to it. The plush stared at me hand for a moment before taking it. "They call me Plushtrap." He said. "Nice ta meet ya." I shook his hand carefully.

"So Carrie" Plushtrap started. "Where did you come from?" "A junkyard" I said. Plushtrap looked at me quizically. "A junkyard?" I nodded "Me and my dad live there. Now I'm helping killer animatronics attempt to kill him by stuffing him into an animatronic suit." Plushtrap gave me an odd look. "You ain't normal. You know that kid?" He said as he jumped off the chair. "Yup" I said standing up and following him down the hall. "My eyes are a large indication to that." Plushtrap nodded. "I ain't ever seen a kid with black and red eyes before." I stopped "Wait... black and.... red?" Plushtrap nodded. "Yeah that's your eye color. No white at all. Just pure black with red pupils." "Huh" I said. Were my eyes that color to the other animatronics? I'd have to ask them next time I saw them.

"So which animatronic are you based off of?" I asked. "Excuse me?" Plushtrap said turning and looking at me. "The other animatronics look like other animatronics I've seen at the pizzaria. Which one were you based off of?" Plushtrap put a finger on his chin with thought. "I guess I'm based off of Spring Bonnie" He said finally. "Who's Spring Bonnie?" I asked. I rememered Foxy mentioning that name earlier. "Spring Bonnie is an animatronic suit that could also hold a person inside." Plushtrap explained. "Someone could be inside the suit and entertain children or it could cover a metal endoskeleton and serve as a normal animatronic." My brain took a minute to process everything.  "So you are just a miniature version of that?" Plushtrap nodded.

"So what's your job?" I asked as we left the hall and entered the living room. "I sit on the chair and only move when the flashlight is off" Plushtrap began. "If the kid catches me on the white x mark they skip ahead two hours. If they catch me after I move past the x mark I kill them." "Cool" I said. We left the living room and Plushtrap stood by the front door. "Wait we can leave?" I asked staring straight ahead at the door. "Yeah but only a small ways away." Plushtrap jumped up trying to reach the doorknob. I opened the door for him flinging it wide open. I suddenly got a strange sense of being watched. I turned around to find nothing. Yet the feeling stayed. "Ya comin' kid!" Plushtrap called. I hurried out the door closing it behind me.

It was surprisingly bright outside. The sun was almost down but not quite there yet. The air smelled fresh and the sun was warm. I looked around. There was a path leading out of the yard. Beyond the path was nothing but emptyness. I followed Plushtrap down the path. We passed some kids playing but they didn't seem to notice us. Plushtrap lead me to an old dinere of sorts. I looked up and read the sign. "Fredbear's family diner." I read aloud. "Yup." Plushtrap said shoving on the door. "Won't find anywhere else with this kind of entertainment." I pushed the door open for him and we stepped inside.

There were balloons attached to almost every table and confetti patterned carpet on the floor. There was a large stage in the center of the main dining area. On the stage were two animatronics. One large yellow bear and a slightly smaller yellow bunny. "The bunny is Spring Bonnie." Plushtrap said jumping on a chair and sitting down. I sat across from him my eyes never leaving the giant yellow bear. When I finally did look away I was startled to find the yellow Freddy plushie I had sitting in front of me. It's eyes seemed to be searching mine.

"Yeah this is where the poor kid died." Plushtrap said comping down on a piece of pizza I didn't even see him get. "You mean a crying kid in a black striped shirt right?" I asked him leaning closer to him. Plushtrap nodded. "Poor kid was terrified of this place" Plushtrap explained. "His brother just made matters worse." I thought back to the fist time I started having these strange dreams. "His brother and a group of his brother's friends put inside Fredbear's mouth." I said remembering the dream. "His head was crushed." "Yup. And the kid was stuck living the same nightmares over and over again." Plushtrap said his sharp teeth tearing at the slice of pizza. "Is that the kid everybody keeps talking about?" I asked. "Yeah. It's strange that you showed up here. It's been the same kid for what feels like an eternity." I turned back to the animatronics on the stage. The yellow bear I assumed was Fredbear was looking in my direction.

"The kid's spirit supposedly lives on." Plushtrap said bored of the pizza. "Supposedly once his soul is finally laid to rest the dream will end and we will all disappear." "Oh" was all I could say. It was kind of sad that all these nightmare animatronics would disappear if this kids soul were laid to rest.

"But that might not even happen now that you're here." Plushtrap said hopping up onto the table. "Since you are still alive you should be able to have this dream for a long time. Maybe even forever!" I smiled. "Living like this forever wouldn't be so bad" I said. Plushtrap looked surprised. "R-really?" He said backing up a little. "Well yeah. I like it here. You all are so much nicer than the people in the real world." "Odd one you are." Plushtrap said. "Well sadly our time today is up." Plushtrap pointed to a clock hanging on the wall. "I'll be back tomorrow." I promised. "If you're smart... You won't come back at all." I was about to ask him what he meant by that's when suddenly everything faded to black. I was about to wake up.
