He took the phone from his ear and looked at the caller ID, restricted.

Nico. Who is this?
... I thought you'd know seeing as your holding my sister hostage

Nico. Arturo

Arturo. So when will you return her to me?

Nico. Not until I get what I want! You killed my mother!

Arturo. So where is the proof Nico?

Nico. Don't play games with me! Your a coward letting your sister stay with me this long before contacting me, you hear me a coward!

Arturo. Oh hush Nico, you wouldn't hurt a fly

Nico turned back around to see Amora standing by the shore gazing into the water and thought how was it possible for her to be related to this monster.

Nico. I'm coming for you Arturo! And when I do you better be ready!

He hung up the phone and held the railings on his balcony he had been yelling so loud into the phone that he hadn't even realized that he caught Amora's attention and that she was on her way back up to the house. When she reached the balcony he had his head down.

Amora. Nico?

It was getting dark now.

Amora. Is everything okay? Who was that?

Nico. Nobody Baby
He knew that telling Amora about Arturo's Call might set her off again. He just didn't feel like getting into it with her.

She put her hand on his back and rubbed it.

Amora. Let's get you inside

She was about to walk away when he grabbed her arm.

Amora. Nico?

Nico. Listen, I thought I knew how much time we had but I don't, I and I just want you to know...

Amora. Know what?

Nico. That...

Then he started to think, what if he told her, then what? They would still have to go their separate ways, but at least she would know the truth right? No it would do nothing but make it harder for her to leave him and as much as he wanted her around he had to let her go. This was too dangerous, she didn't deserve it.

Nico. I really enjoyed having you around Amora

She was almost speechless, she thought he would confess his feelings to her maybe this is his way to do so.

Amora. Don't you dare say goodbye to me just yet Nico this is not over

She walked inside and he followed.
She stripped out of her jacket and climbed into bed with her sweats and her tank top on.

Amora. Come on Nico

He took off his jacket and his dress shirt and climbed in behind her. She took his hand and wrapped his arm around her.
Amora. Possibly our last night together?

Nico. Possibly Amor

Hearing her say those words made his grip get tighter.

Amora. Kiss me

Nico. What?

She turned over to face him.

Amora. Do it

Nico. First

Amora. What?

Nico. Tell me you want me

Amora. Nico but you..

Nico. Say it Amor

Amora. Nico!

Nico. I'm in charge, say it

She tried to avoid them but she just couldn't help but look up and gaze into his eyes.

Amora. I want you

He had already told her basically that he wanted her and he was the first to admit it. He wanted to regain his title as boss, even to her, no matter who he was with he had to be the controlling one he couldn't always afford to lose himself and he needed to hear it going into tomorrow because he had no idea what lied ahead for them. He was the boss and everyone knew it and he would show Amora exactly who he was.

He kissed her once more and she could suddenly feel all of the anger he had built up inside of him, she could tell something terrified him. But what on Earth could terrify this unbreakable man? This couldn't happen, not now, Nico wasn't in his right mind. He wasn't himself. He kissed her with a lot of forced and grabbed her body to put it closer to his. His head moved down to her neck and all of a sudden she could really feel how tense he was so she stopped him.

Amora. Turn over

Nico. What?

Amora. Please I want to help

He knew she could feel it to, his body was tense and filled with extreme emotion. He turned around and Amora gave him a back massage.

Amora. Do you want to tell me what has you so troubled?

Nico. No
So she continued to rub his back and she did this for about ten minutes before realizing he was falling asleep so she stopped and whispered.

Amora. Nico?

Then all of a sudden he grabbed her and threw her off of him on the bed and laughed.

Amora. Oh my god Nico I thought you were sleep!

She said laughing to. He couldn't help but think about how beautiful her smile was.

Amora. Should we get some sleep?

Nico. We should

So she laid her head on his chest and made her feel safe by wrapping his arms around her. He hadn't known if she went to sleep or not but he was up for the next couple of hours.

Amora. Why are you still awake?

She glimpsed over at the time two in the morning.

Nico. I don't know

Amora. Don't lie to me
She sat up and looked at him.

Nico. Why aren't you sleep?

Amora. Because I never felt your breathing get slower and I knew you were still up, something has you really shaken and I wanted to make sure you get your rest

Nico. You don't have to look out for me

Amora. Nico your the head boss in one of the most dangerous businesses around, you look after Leo, and Lorenzo, your family, you look after me, so let me ask you Nico who looks after you?

Nico. No one I guess but I'm obviously not that good at looking out for people Anthony and Miranda died and Lorenzo was almost killed, maybe I don't deserve to be looked after

Amora. Don't say that, you saved Lorenzo's life and sometimes things just happen

Nico. Well that isn't going to happen to you I assure it
Amora. I know, I always feel save when your around

Nico. I would hope so Amor

She kissed his cheek and laid back down.

Amora. Enjoy this last night with me Nico, get some sleep
And after their chat he actually did end up falling asleep.
