I'm horrible. I haven't updated in five ever. I needed to get this done asap. Sorry for the wait guys. More and more people have been viewing it and I feel really bad for not updating. So here it is.

Marcus' POV:
Today, I'm going to confess my feelings to y/n. I have no idea why I was so nervous. I am a genius mastermind and an android. I shouldn't be afraid to do this at all. I've done much worse... But I guess I'm worried about one thing:

Rejection.

Think of how awkward it would be if she says no. She'd know that I had feelings for her and it would mess up everything. We wouldn't want to work together to help capture Adam, Bree, and Chase. Our whole plan would be ruined because of this one word.

I had to do it. I kept telling myself, "Just get the closure, Marcus, you'll feel better." And I need that closure. No matter what. If it hurts, I'll get over it. Like I said, I'm an android. If not, I can have Douglas reprogram me.

So here it goes. I walked down to our laboratory and y/n was on the computer. She looked pretty even when she was working. I sighed and said to myself, "Now or never." I walked over.

"Hi!" I exclaimed.

Y/n jumped a little but turned around. "Marcus! You scared me!" She exclaimed. "I didn't know androids could get scared," I said with a smirk. She rolled her eyes. What was I even saying? Of course we could get scared! I was beyond scared about what I was about to confess.

"What's up?" She asked.

"Um... Not much. Whatcha up to?" I asked. I figured I'd stall for a while and ease into the question. (Okay, to be honest, I am scared, okay? I just need time to boost up my confidence.)

"Oh, I'm just trying to go over the surveillance footage we left in Davenport's lab," She explained. I looked at a notebook that was beside her. She had been taking tons of notes.
"Just man up and do it!" I felt like screaming to myself.

My heart was beating pretty fast. "Are you okay?" She asked. I had just realized that I hadn't spoken a word since she replied to me. I snapped out of it.

"Uh, yeah sorry," I said.

She put her hair behind her ear. "Uh..." She said awkwardly. Now we were just staring at each other in an awkward silence. "Is there something I can help you with?" She asked.

"Yes," I said, a little bit too loud and fast. I clenched my jaw. What the heck was wrong with me!? "Okay, uh... go ahead," She said. It was time.

"Y/n... um... I have to ask you something," I started.

"Are you alright? Did you find something out about Adam, Bree, and Chase?" She asked. "No, no, nothing like that," I said. My breathing started to labor. "You can tell me anything, Marcus. What is it?" She asked.

"Do you wanna go out sometime?" I choked out.

Okay, so I couldn't confess my feelings quite yet, but maybe if we went on a date or something, I'd have the courage to do it then.

"Wait really?" She asked. Her eyes kind of widened.

"Uh yeah. We could go out to eat or something," I replied. "That sounds great. Do you want to go tomorrow?" She asked. "Uh, sure. We could do it after school," I suggested. "Perfect," She said with a smile. I blushed and smiled back.

Did she like me? I guess I'll have to find out...
