They used her as an experiment and that's why she has those markings on her. She dosnt trust males much cause when they put needles or anything in her it was a male who did it. People will go in the forest to catch her but she scars them by shooting close to thier heads and other major body parts. She earned the name for her excellent aim and for how she never hurts a animal but will if it's a human. There are rumors that go around saying she protects the forest and everything in it from the dirt to the mighty trees and animals. Even an ant that would die at the feet of humans.
