Aphmau's "Tail"

Scared

I was getting worried. I hadn't seen Aaron in a few days. What if he had second thoughts about our kiss?? I had cried every night because I don't know what he's thinking. When I swam to the rocks the only thing I saw was folded piece of paper. I quickly grabbed it and unfolded it. It was beautiful. I beautifully draw man who was holding a mermaid with long black hair. I looked at myself. Someone had drawn this of me and Aaron. Maybe it was Aaron.

(Time skip)

I had been waiting for Aaron for at least an hour. He still hadn't come. I felt the tears come once again. I heard crunching. I whipped around so happy to see Aaron.

"I told you, she always comes here around the same time" a big man said, he smelled like ashes and gasoline
"W-who are you" I said frightfully
"That's none of your business little lady" another man grunted
"Please don't hurt me, I have nothing" I screamed
"Oh you have plenty" the big man said

He reached out his huge hands to grab me. I lurched into the ocean but not fast enough. He tightly grabbed my wrist and jerked me out of the water. I screamed and cried, trying to get someone's attention.

"We got ourselves a feisty one, don't we boys" the big man laughed as he dragged me through the sand.
"Ouch!! That hurts you know" I yelled as he continued

We came to a terrible smelling truck. The big men pinned me down to a board and tied me up with rough rope. The rope cut into my skin and tail. I struggled to get loose. I became so tired that I felt faint.

"APHMAU NO" I heard a familiar voice scream as the men stopped grabbing me
"What are you doin little boy" the men said

My vision was blurry.

"I'll call the police!" He screamed at the men
"Ugh, he's seen to much, take him too" the man said

I fainted.

I woke up to Aaron crying in my face.   

"Aphmau I tried everything, I'm so sorry"

I coughed. I looked at myself. I was covered in dry sand and blood. My skin stung.

"Aaron, w-where are we?" I said in a raspy voice
"I d-don't know" he said, I could feel his warm tears fall onto my neck.
