"So, what's our first prank gonna be?" Baylee asked as we sat in my bunk, curtains closed.

"What do you mean by prank?" I asked.

"Come on, we're the only two girls on the bus, we gotta create some mischief."

"Seriously? Come on, if we prank the guys, we're dead, especially if it trashes the bus."

"Stop being a little goody two-shoes."

"I just don't know..."

"Come on, Chloe, loosen up! It'll be fun, I promise."

I sighed. "Ok. Three pranks, one for each of the guys."

Baylee clapped. "Yay! Ok, first, we'll need some buckets and ice water. Dallon and Kenny are gonna take the unwilling ice bucket challenge. Ya know, payback."

I nodded. "Got it. We get to a rest stop for the night soon."

We waited, and when we got to the rest stop, Baylee and I both grabbed a bucket and filled them up in the girls' showers.

When we got back to the bus, trying to be quiet, we saw the boys outside trying to fix something on the bus. After a lot of hand gestures and pursuading, I got Brendon to move away from Kenny and Dallon, when he eventually realised what we were about to do. Then, splash. They both shot straight up and around, looking at us with wide eyes. "Payback's a bitch," is all Baylee said before grabbing my hand and pulling me into the bus. All I could hear was Brendon laughing.

When we were back in the safety of my bunk, curtains closed again, Baylee and I turned to each other and broke out in laughter. "They're gonna kill us," I said between breaths and laughter.

"Yeah, but it was worth it for those faces," Baylee said.

All of a sudden, the curtains were pulled open with so much force that I thought they were gonna be pulled off of the wall. Baylee and I snapped our heads around to see two very pissed off guitarists. "Hey guys. How are you?" I asked.

"Soaking wet, thanks for asking," Dallon said sarcastically.

"Well, in our defense, so was Baylee a little while ago," I said.

"Guys, they really did have a justified reason," Brendon said.

"Of course, but still. They didn't have to exact revenge," Kenny said.

"Yeah, we did," Baylee said, "Now, if you'll excuse us, we're busy."

"Busy with what?" Dallon asked.

I looked over at Brendon. He had his earbuds in, and he was oblivious to the world. Good. "Ok, we're gonna prank Brendon now, and we need to plan it. Don't tell him, or I will personally cut your fingers off and feed them to my dogs," I said.

"Ok, calm down, we won't. But, we will help. 1: don't try to sneak up on him. It won't work. 2: I don't suggest throwing something at him. He has ninja-like reflexes. 3: he hates when people play that stupid new rap/techno/weird shit music, especially the song Closer," Kenny said, "That help?"

I looked at Baylee, and I could tell we were thinking the same thing. I nodded. "Ok, bye!" Baylee said.

They walked away and closed the curtains. "Ok, we're thinking the same thing, right?" I asked.

"That we should hide your speaker somewhere and use it to blast Closer and drive Brendon insane trying to find it?" Baylee asked for clarification.

I nodded. "Bingo. The thing is: where do we hide it?"

"In plain sight. Just set it, like, up on top of the cabinets so that he can kinda see it, but not really."

"Ok, but how do we get it up there without him seeing?"
