Chapter 1: Memory

Ever since I was born  I was alone. They said they just found me outside an orphanage crying inside a basket, I mean there wasn't even a note about my parents when they took me in except the name "Adam", yeah just a name. There was no goodbye note or anything else. Hell there wasn't even any shelter to keep me from the rain. However, there was only one thing that I kept dreaming about ever since I turned 18. It was always this same figure the shape of a woman but she would say different things sometimes that just didn't make sense, it was like in a different language that wasn't known in 'language finder" or Google translate.

This even happened after I was adopted by some family I wasn't even close to, it was fun and I was happy but... The day of my 17th birthday they had a car accident while they were buying a cake for my surprise party, it broke my heart and made me realize, I would always be alone and never have a family.

My friends allowed me to share a room in an apartment they were renting. They went traveling and exploring a lot so it was only right I joined in as a distraction from my depression and oh my god it felt great, it was as if I was alive again. We went to all sorts of places exploring in caves, mountains and all sorts of things.

However a certain location they found triggered a memory in me, that's when I had a vision of that same figure in my dreams. This time it was saying it in a scared quiet voice "Save me". Soon after this a terrifying presence scared the team as electronics started to break down simultaneously song with the lights flickering as if it were reflecting on the speed of our fear. This wasn't any better as a terrifying presence was crawling up against each of us warning us to stay way from that location as it said "keep away",after that was said a high pitch scream followed causing us to collapse at the spot.

After a few hours I woke up finding the rest of the team awake at the same time. We all simultaneously made a vote of not exploring the location but, this wasn't the end.

The day after that we each started receiving strange message sat different times of the same day saying the same thing "help me",as we tried to ignore this a day after the message Michael died from food choking as he ate an apple suffocating him to death at his own house. After a couple if hours the maid found him dripping out blood from his mouth.

We all became aware that what we awakened wouldn't stop until we saved the crying figure asking for help. So we headed to the unknown location in order to save her. As we flew in the plane I gazed to the moon and that's when I saw the same figure but this time she was smiling saying "I've waited for you for so long... Adam". I suddenly woke up to find that we've already arrived. Hello Africa.
