     *The song talks about safe sex, similar to their debut album. It also explains a mother's feelings towards her son's actions regarding drug dealing. Towards the end, Left eye comes in, tells her commentary and explains a consequence to "chasing a waterfall". A waterfall can be a metaphor, let it be drug dealing and unsafe sex as shown in the video / given in the song, or chasing a mate you know is wrong, but you find pleasure with them. Or, cheating on a person or test to pass. This million dollar video made the influence it needed to, and helped this sophomore attempt to sell 23 million copies, certified diamonds by the RIAA* Without further ado.
