Caitlin's POV

After Kara left us in the arrow cave, I looked at Alex. She looked back at me.

"Hey is Kara..." I started to ask

"Yeah she'll be alright. But do you know where she might have gone?" Alex responded

"No. Where does Kara typically go to blow off steam?"

"She goes to a training room and punches something until it breaks and then I will typically drag her out of there and we will go get donuts and ice cream and pizza."

"Okay, so we lure her out if wherever she is hiding with pizza, donuts and ice cream?" I asked being the slightest bit sarcastic

"Aha no. But she is gonna need some pizza. You got PizzaRizza on this earth"

"No. But try Italia's. That's where Barry likes."

"Thanks." she said walking away.

I took my tablet and sat down at the table. I opened my tracker and found the location marked K.D. Kara Danvers. It pointed to Star Labs in Central City.

I walked over to James, who although tried his best, was better off with a camera.

"Hey James, you don't seem busy. Can you do me a favour? it's for Kara" I asked

"Anything to get me out of that" He said walking with me towards the elevator

"HEY!" Winn shouted with a very dramatized hurt feeling

"Sorry bud" He said as the doors closed causing me to laugh

"So... Why do you need me?"

"It's Kara. She's somewhere in Star Labs but its such a huge building. I need you to help me find it" I said walking out

"And why me? Why not any other capable person downstairs"

"Well your one of Kara's best friends. And you're not busy" I said dragging him out the door. "Unfortunately, Wally is on vacation in Corto Maltese so we have to take a train" I said as we walked out to see the beautiful sunshine

"Have we really been downstairs like that whole day?" He asked me looking at the sky

"Believe it. A day in the cortex or the cave is equivalent to two out here" I said as we reached the train station that was conveniently only a block away.

Our train ride to Central City was quite unproductive as James talked to some guy he knew from whatever The Daily Planet is. I however sat in my seat and pulled up video camera surveillance of STAR Labs. I didn't see anything as we keep the one in the cortex turned off for hackers and Barry's secret. But scrolling back a few hours, it showed someone opened the entrance to the pipeline. In that same time period, I watched Non in his cell as Kara walked up to him and started shouting and talking to him.

But where she went I did not know.

When we came to our stop, I called Janes over.

"Where are we headed?"

"The one place I know where Kara was last seen" I said guiding him to where I was headed.

"You gonna tell me where because I'm pretty sure Alex would wanna-" he started to say

"Hey. No one. Not even Alex. Gets to know I took you here" I said taking his hand and speed walking down the side walk

"Where the hell are we?" He asked looking around

"Star Labs. The one place where meta humans can be safely contained without anyone hurting them" I said opening the front entrance. It felt like forever since I had been in here but it all started flowing back to me.

"So where would Kara be?" James asked as I pressed the elevator button that would take us to the level the cortex was found on.

"That's the thing. Star Labs is a huge building, that I can't search myself. That's why you are going to search for yourself" I said tapping his phone with mine. "If you get lost, the blue dot is me. This is a map of the floor you are on now and if you go upstairs, it should switch. Find your way back when you're done. II've got all the rooms on the left hand side, you take the right"

We departed and my first top was the cortex.

I searched under the desks and in the training room. No one. Then as I opened the door to the med room, I heard quiet sobs.

"Kara? Are you okay hun?" I asked

"Thank Rao it's only you" she replied wiping her tears away.

"It's okay we're gonna go back to the arrow cave and get Barry back. And we're taking Non to trade. Oliver decided it was best for the team" I told her

"Thanks, but there is no way in hell I am going back there" She said walking into the training room. I texted James to meet me while I followed.

"Kara. Listen to me. You are not yourself. Why are you acting like this?"

"I'm not. Its my choice" She said punching the practice dummy now.

"Kara" James was relieved to see her

"Go as far away as your legs can take you. You know what, both of you go get yourselves stuck in the phantom zone for eternity" She said punching the dummy harder and harder

"Kara?" James stepped closer to the dummy.

Then when Kara was super angry, she punched the dummy, causing it to fall so far back, it hit James right in the ribs.

"Oh my god James" I shouted running over to him

I looked up at Kara who was shocked by her doings. She had no recollection of what happened.

"D-Did I?" She asked

I nodded.

"Oh god. This is bad. This is really really bad" She started to pace.

"Kara. I need you to fly James back got the med bay now. In the arrow cave. Alex is a doctor, she should know what to do" I told her cleaning up the mess leaving James knocked out on the floor.

"And what about you"

"Don't worry. I will be on the next train back to Star City. Might take a while but tell them I am fine" I told her sternly.

I found my phone then dialed Thea's number.

"Thea? That you" I asked

"Yeah Cait what's up?" She asked

"Oh everything's just about normal. Well my normal. Listen, I need to tell you something... I think Kara might be bloodlust" I said into the phone.
