After I saw Sehun in the crowd, I couldn't help myself but think of him again and again, remembering how he physically changed.

"Ma'am, here's your order. Thank you for coming." The clerk handed me a nicely wrapped box of cake that I ordered as she snapped me back to reality. I immediately smiled at her, and handed her my payment before I took the box. Holding the box of cake and the small paper bag on my both hands, I exited the cake shop.

As I was walking, random thoughts kept playing in my head. I smiled to see Sehun in my memories again. It has been a while since Sehun invaded my thoughts.

Occupied by my thoughts, I didn't realize that I reached the restaurant where my parents and Baekhyun were waiting. I entered the restaurant, and saw my them by the table at the window. I pressed my cheek against my mom's cheek first then to my dad's as I greeted them before I placed what I was holding over the table. I sat down next to Baekhyun, and we waited for Chanyeol to come.

It took us almost fifteen minutes before Chanyeol showed up in the restaurant. He was smiling so big as soon as he entered and walked towards our table. We both greeted Chanyeol a joyful happy birthday in chorus as we saw him, and we seem to caught everyone's attention in the restaurant.

Chanyeol hugged each one of us as he reached us, and finally sat between Baekhyun and I. After we talked for a bit about Chanyeol's day, he made a wish and blew the candles before we dig in.

I was smiling happily as I locked my eyes on how happily my family reunited after these years. From what I've seen in the past, I died several times, Baekhyun and Chanyeol almost died once, and my parents have no idea of it all. If that horrible incident really happened, we might not be here to be with our parents right now, and they might be miserable and mourning as of this moment. And I don't want them to feel that way.

We then got home after celebrating Chanyeol's birthday. The birthday boy didn't come along with us on our way home because he still has to meet his friends at a local pub to celebrate his birthday. Only the four us went home after.

As we arrived home, my parents put all the take-out food and the two boxes of cake in the kitchen while Baekhyun helped them. I hurriedly run to my room after. I threw my leathered bag on my bed as I went to sit on my chair by the study table and pulled out a piece of fragrant pastel paper and a pen from the drawer to write a letter to Sehun's mom back in Korea.

Ever since I got here in Japan, I always find a way to write a letter to his mom. Whenever I would dream of him or a memory of him invaded my thoughts or something, and she always wrote back, wishing I'd see Sehun again. And today was not an exception. I couldn't contain myself as I write that I just saw Sehun in the crowd today, and even called his name and he turned around to look for the person who called him.

I was smiling as I wrote down when suddenly I heard a knock on the door.

"Come in," I didn't turn back as I was immersed and detailed in writing a letter. I heard footsteps coming way, and as that person reached me, I heard his voice.

"You're writing a letter again?" Baekhyun's annoying voice echoed in my ears as he lean in to take a glance at my letter.

I hurriedly covered it with my arms and hands as I shooed Baekhyun away. I heard him hissed before he put down a plate of a slice of strawberry cake beside my table. "Eat up," He said, "I don't know to whom you keep writing letters to, but I hope you're not talking about that Sehun guy from your dreams again."
