Katy X Senpai

"Don't forgot that tomorrow is the concert. Be here at 6:30 wearing your performance outfit."

As everyone began to depart, Katy couldn't help but to look at her senpai. In the beginning of the year, her senpai sat right in front of her. Now, thanks to the "special guest" conductor, Katy was moved to the back of the room.

As she made her way to her locker, she spotted her senpai trying to get through. She looked down, attempting to hide her blush that appeared.

All day, Katy couldn't help but to think about her Senpai. Thankfully, she brought her book with her to school. She filled the book with thoughts about senpai.

When math came around, she decided to write some of her thoughts.

I wish I was with senpai right now. If we were in the same grade level, that would be amazing! But a Senpai has to be older than you, right? Today is the Band Concert. I'll be able to see senpai in his adorable tux! I wish he would notice me one day. We could be friends and talk often. But then there's that stupid thing where people say that you can't be friends with other grade levels. Is that even a thing?

"Excuse me, are you writing down notes on the lesson." Katy looked up and saw the teacher glaring at her. His eyes were mentally shooting daggers at Katy. She hesitated, but nodded.

Every day went by slow for Katy. But she always looked forward for the end just like any other kid. She didn't care about going home. She only cared about her journey to the Band room. She learned that every day after school, senpai would go to the Band room to pick up his instrument. Katy did the same. And he walks at the same time as she does. After that observation, Katy started to pull her friends to catch up with her senpai.

Once the bell rung, Katy sprung out with her friend Christina on hand and her other friend Kaela in the other. She rushed towards the door that led to the outside world.

"Wait Elizabeth, have you heard of that meme where-" Christina went on explaining the most recent meme that has surrounded her life. Christina calls Katy Elizabeth, while Katy calls Miranda Christina. It was a complicated story of how it started.

Katy forgot about her Senpai for a minute and laughed along with Christina. As Katy opened the door to the Band room, she realized that her Senpai stood behind her the whole time. She couldn't believe that she forgot about senpai while he was right behind her.

Katy had to wait for her friend, Mandy. Mandy always walks in with Bryan very late. That left Katy alone waiting in the Band room. She always saw senpai leave. She always whispered "bye senpai..."

Once Katy got home, she immediately tried to finish her homework. She discovered that no one likes a dumb person, so she began to study hard and complete as much homework. That's why nobody likes her, she's not smart. Senpai influenced many things on Katy, but that was the only thing she tried working on.

After doing homework, Katy decided to start getting dressed. She put on her emo dress and brushed her hair. After brushing her teeth, she looked at herself in the mirror and asked herself, "Senpai is never going to love me, right?"

"Come on Katy!" Katy glanced at her brother, Chris. She nodded and grabbed her Trumpet and her music. Her mom didn't get home till 6 or 6:30. It wouldn't be enough time. Katy and Chris walked out of the house to walk to school, Katy attempting to not get her dress dirty.

Once Katy arrived at school, she was greeted by Gaby and Luna. "Wassup emo!"

Katy smiled at Gaby. While walking, she looked at her surroundings. She wasn't able to spot her senpai anywhere. She shrugged. As long as he shows up, that's all that mattered.
