(Nicole's POV)

I squeezed my eyes together tightly because of the pain that was occurring in my head. I slowly opened them blinking a few times. I realized two things. One, I could feel a hot arm around my chest and slow breathing against my back. I didn't even need to turn and look to know that it was Jason. I froze up and became timid. I defiantly didn't want to be in the arms of the person that hurt me so bad. The second thing that I noticed was the alarm clock sitting on the small table next to the bed. It read 3:30 in the afternoon. That means that it had been officially a full twenty four hours since I had been kidnapped. In those twenty four hours I had somehow been able to black out three times, pee my pants, have my first kiss be forced out of me, and be beaten and choked by my kidnapper. Sounds like hell if you ask me. Surely my parents know that I'm missing by now. They are probably looking for me right now with the police. My hope for them finding me has increasingly deflated since Jason told me we were in Canada. Not even in the same country. They were never going to find me.

One thing that I knew for sure...I did not like sleeping in my kidnapper's arms. I slowly started to inch my way towards the edge of the bed. I made sure I didn't move so fast so that I wouldn't wake Jason up. So far his breathing hadn't changed so he must still be sleeping. As one of my legs finally made it off of the edge of the bed I felt a strong grip land on my stomach pulling me back into Jason's chest.

"And where do you think you're going?" His husky morning voice said softly in my ear. I was now fearful that he would hurt me again and I cringed at the thought of last night's beating.

"No where." I said shakily. Really Nicole? No where was the best that you could come up with? He seemed to think it was funny though because he chuckled in my ear.

"Do I make you nervous Baby?" He replied. My back was facing him but I still knew he was smiling. How do I even answer that? YOU FUCKING KIDNAPPED ME OF COURSE I'M GOING TO BE NERVOUS DIPSHIT.

I decided that that reply might make him angry and decided to respond with the much safer "No." instead.

"I think you're lying." He said while swiftly crawling over me so he now lies in front facing me. He fixed the sheets so that they were again covering both of us before grabbing me by the waist and pulling me into his chest. He started stroking my back while holding me close. I heard him release a happy sigh. At least one person was happy in this situation. I for one was panicking.

I was still frozen in my spot as Jason was cuddling with me. If he wasn't my kidnapper...I would find this cute. But as of right now...I wanted to be anywhere else but here. I was glad when Jason released his death grip on me and sat up rubbing his eyes and stretching.

"Well babe, we need to get up. We get to go over the new rules today." He said while sliding out of the bed. He was only in his boxers. I quickly lifted up the sheet to make sure I wasn't just in my underwear too. Thank goodness I wasn't. I was in my pajama pants from back home and a sweatshirt that I was assuming belonged to Jason. It smelled like him and was extremely comfy. I felt self conscience when I realized that he was probably the one to dress me. That was kind of creepy.

"Rules?" I questioned.

"Yep...we don't want what happened last night to repeat its self. By the way baby I'm so sorry for hurting you." He said walking closer to me. He kneeled down by the bed and started leaving little kisses on the bruises that were forming on my neck and wrists. "You need to learn and obey so that that doesn't happen again... alright?" he concluded while leaving a last kiss on my forehead before continuing to get dressed. "Babe....get up. Your clothes are in the closet." He said in a stern voice before walking out of the room.

I slowly swung my legs over the edge of the bed and stood up. I had to wait a moment for me to regain my balance. I was so sore from my beating yesterday.

I slowly walked over to the walk in closet built into the wall. Once I opened the door, I noticed that there were a few racks with my own clothes from home. Also there were a whole bunch of cubbies built into the walls containing a mix of me and Jason's shoes.

Dang he has a lot of clothes for a guy. He must be rich. I wonder how he gets all of that money. Is it all from bombing and killing? Whatever it is....it sure seems to be working out for him.

I walked over to what looked like my side of the closet and grabbed one of my favorite sweaters. It was turquoise and gray striped. I got dressed in some skinny jeans with a belt and slipped on some socks and black boots.

Next to the closet there was a built in bathroom. It was pretty big considering this was the master room. I walked in and walked over to one of the mirrors that I assumed was mine because it had my perfume and lotion and other stuff on it and I cringed at the sight that I saw. I looked like the offspring of Medusa and a baboon. I still had some makeup on my face that I had been wearing when Jason kidnapped me. It was smeared everywhere.

I also had bruises on my face and especially my neck where I had been choked. I don't have any makeup to cover them up with. I hope that Jason is the only one that sees me today. I hope that when he looks at my bruised body he feels guilty for what he's done. Then again...he does kill people for a living. He probably doesn't feel guilt.

I threw my hair up into a messy bun with the couple hair bands that were on my wrist. I looked awful. I didn't even recognize the person in the mirror that was staring back at me.

When I decided that I could no longer look at my ugly self in the mirror I trudged out of the bathroom and out the bedroom door. I didn't know my way around this cabin. From what I could see...it looked very nice. It was modern but still had a homey feel to it. I found some stairs that curled around one of the walls. I assumed that they would lead me to wherever Jason was so that we could go over these "rules" that he wanted to talk to me about.

When I reached the bottom of the staircase I saw that I was now in the living room that Jason had almost killed me in last night. I didn't like it in here. It made me feel like the events were going to repeat themselves if I stayed in here any longer. I started to walk to my right quickly to escape this room. I found myself in a dining room that looked to be able to sit ten people. I shook my head as I wondered why Jason would need a table that would fit ten. Probably so that when some of his gang members came over they could have meetings. The thought of this sickened me.

I took another right and walked through some French doors. They lead me into a bright and open kitchen which had Jason seated on a bar stool on the island. He was looking at his phone but looked up when he heard me enter. Putting his phone in his pocket and sliding out of his chair he put a slight smile on his face as he started to make his way over to me still standing in the door way.

"You look beautiful Baby." He said while pulling me closer to him and sliding his hands in the back pockets of my jeans. This wasn't a pleasant feeling and I didn't know what to do.

"Umm...thank you?" I said although it sounded more like a question. He slightly chuckled before kissing my cheek and letting me go. Not long after releasing me he grabbed my hand and pulled me back through the dining room. I was hoping that we wouldn't go through the living room and I tensed up when it came into sight. He probably felt it because a scowl came on his face and he slightly shook his head while muttering incoherent words under his breath. Luckily we turned right and entered a small hallway leading to the front door. He stopped once we reached it before turning around to face me.

"See this?" He said pointing to a small black box mounted on the wall with a red light glowing on the top of it. I slowly nodded my head. "That means that you can't try to escape anymore." He explained in a stern voice. "It only opens whenever someone I have programmed into it touches it." He explained even more before touching the black box. The little red light on topped changed to green and then you heard the door unlock. He opened the door to show that it worked before closing it again. "It doesn't work with you so that you can't get out." He said before lifting up my hand and touching the box before turning around and trying to open the door. It wouldn't budge. "You aren't allowed outside unless I am with you. Do you understand?" He asked while sternly looking into my eyes.

"Yes." I whispered out. Now I'm never going to get out of here.
