Two Against One. On Hold

Chapter 6

"You look lovely darling." Damien says in my hair and Derek nods in agreement. I blush, "Thanks."

So it turned out the twins had transferred into all of my classes except they couldn't get into the last one because it was full. Most classes the teacher let at least one of them sit beside me  but in English they sat across the room at opposite ends. It pained me to be so close but yet so far from both of my mates. The last class of the day, painting, was full so we parted ways with quick hugs and smiles.

I knew my mates would be waiting for me after class so I quickly cleaned my supplies and my work table and put my project away grabbed my stuff and walked out the door. They both stood just outside the door both leaning against the brick wall. "Darling." Derek says smiling softly at me. I smile and hold out both my hands one hand to each twin. They take my hands and we walk out of the school together. "I have to go straight home." I tell them.

"Why? What's wrong?" Derek asks. As Damien's hand grips a little harder.

"My brother wants to talk to me." I reply. "Oh, about us?" Damien whispers. I simply nod.

"Hey guys!" Yuki practically yells coming up to us on the sidewalk.

We all turn to him. He tugged along another boy by the sleeve. "Isn't he adorable? I found him in my English class." Yuki says.

"Yuki you can't just take strangers with you because you think their cute." I point out.

He shrugs. "Well I did. He didn't seem to care." I look at the boy who wore a hood almost covering his eyes he looked boredly at all of us.

"Jason, why are you letting yourself be dragged around by some random person." Damien says rolling his eyes.

"You know him?" I ask.

"He's our brother, darling." Derek replies.

"Oh..." I look at the boy again. I now can see similar dark green eyes and dark hair. He was pale and Yuki was right he was adorable.

"Damn you guys do look alike." Yuki says. "I wanted to take him to your house and show max another cutie that will get their mate before him."

Jason shrugs. "I was told I was getting food." Was his only response.

"So if a pervert offers you food you'll go with him." Damien grumbles.

"This weirdo doesn't look like a perv." Jason says.

"Weirdo!? How rude." Yuki hisses.

"You are kind of a weirdo." I point out softly.

"Serena I swear!" Yuki yells and two growls respond.

"I have to go home." I say to my mates.

"Yes, we will give you a ride." Derek says. Tugging me along to their truck.

"I'm coming along." Jason says trying to follow us.

"But." Yuki starts.

"Yuki let him go." I grumble making the struggle to get in the truck. Damien lifts me and I scoot to the middle seat as the twins get in. I hear the back door shut and I can see Jason in the review mirror pulling out his phone and ear buds. During the ride I held both my mates  hands dreading facing Luca.

When we pull up to my house I can sense all my brothers are here. Great. "Do you want us to come in with you? It might help." Derek offers.

"I don't know." I whisper. I wanted my brothers to meet my mates but I wasn't sure if it would make it worse. Maybe it would make it better. I mean they'd have to meet each other eventually they are my mates.

"Ok, lets go." I say quickly before I could change my mind. Damien jumps out and helps me out of the truck. I turn to Jason. "Do you want to come in as well." I ask.

"Err sure why not." He says giving a small smile. I grab my back pack and lead the way to the front door I could feel all three of them behind me. Which kind of helped. I open the door and I could already sense the tension. I close the door behind Jason and then lead the way to the living room where I'm sure they were they all stood around the living room and I roles my eyes.

"Serena." Max began but caught off when he was who I was with.

"Is this them?" Adam asks. I nod my curls bouncing. "Boys this is Damien and Derek, this is their younger brother Jason."

"These are my brothers Max, Adam and Luca." I gesture to each as I introduce them. They all mutter their hellos. I look at Luca to his reaction to my mates but he wasn't even looking at either of them. He was staring right past us at... Jason. What the hell?

"Mate." He whispers. My brothers heads whip to him.

"Mate." Jason confirms barely a whisper.  Holy crap. We all just stood there staring at each other. Not sure what to do.

"Maybe we should all just sit down and talk." Adam offers. We all take seats in the couches. The four of us who just came in one one. Adam and Max on one and Luca in his own chair.

"Well it's nice to meet both of you. Serena is extremely lucky to have found her mate, both of you. The moon goddess must have thought that she needed both of you." Adam says breaking the silence.

"Thank you. It's good to meet you guys as well. We're very lucky to have her." Derek says with a smile putting his arm around my shoulders as Damien's hand grabs mine.

"Do you think you two are going to take her away?" Max grumbles.

"Absolutely not. If she doesn't want to live with us she doesn't have to. We're not forcing her to go anywhere with us." Derek snaps.

"We just want to be with her. That's all." Damien says quickly. I squeeze his hand blushing.

"I see." Max says as Adam nods.

"Guys can you stop being so over protective. I finally have my mates. I'm happy." I say quickly.

"And we're happy for you. Your our little sister you know why we're so over protective." Max says.

I sigh. "I know."

Logans POV

He just kept on staring at me, he was my mate. He. He was an Alpha that I could tell. I think he was in shock he didn't know what to do. To say. My wolf was whimpering since I was so far away from my mate. Serena and the others talked but he and I just looked at each other. I knew I was gay so I wasn't that surprised my mate was a male. But what if he wasn't. At the thought my wolf whimpered more.

"I'm here bitches!" Yuki yells slamming the front door behind him.

"Serena why is your annoying fri- oh hello Yuki." Adam says forcing a smile.

"Oh cuties here." Yuki says looking at me. He comes over to me and sits on the arm of the couch.

"What's got you looking so pale?" Yuki asked me touching a lock of my hair and a low growl filled the room. Yuki looks over to my mate in surprise. "What's got your panties in a twist?"

"Yuki..." Serena's voice holds a warning.

"Ren I'm asking your brother a question." Silence filled the room. "What is it Luca? Huh?"

"Can you please just shut up." Luca growls. Damn his voice was sexy.

"Gosh seriously what's up? Your usually not such an ass." Yuki snaps. Luca stands and growls at Yuki.

"Shut up." He says again using his Alpha tone. Then he looks at me and his eyes instantly soften. "Walk with me?" He asks me. I gingerly nod and grab his out stretched hand.

Serena's POV

As soon as the front door shuts behind my brother and his new mate Yuki gasps out. "Did you just see that?"

"They're mates Yuki." I says softly.

"Dang! Who knew Luca was gay."
