Chapter 7

Barry's POV
"I love you" I say to Caitlin.

"I" and then she turns into Iris. "Love" and then back to Cait, "You"

"What??" And then I wake up.

"Are you alright?" Oli asks, who is bearly waking up.

"Yeah, just had a weird dream" I get up from my bed and check the time. "Its 8:05 were gonna be late!!" I say and rush to the bathroom and get ready.

After 15 minutes, were ready and heading to Jitters. I literally have to get coffee before school, can't live without it, especially on Monday's. We head inside Jitters and there's a long line.

"Dang it, we can't wait this long" I say. "Well just have to go" and head to the door, but then im stopped by Iris.

"Hey, I know you guys come on mornings, so here you go" she says handing me and Oliver a cup of coffee.

"Oh, thanks!"

"It's on the house"

"Well, we got to go" I say.

"Oh, yea, bye" she waves goodbye and we leave to Oli's car.

"She's into you" Oli says. 

"No, she's just being a nice friend"

"You should be more excited" he gently slaps my back, "You've tried to get her to date you for like a few weeks, now"

"Yea, I guess it's great" I say and Oli starts the engine and we head to school.

To be honest, I did like Iris west, she's beautiful, smart, nice, but I don't like her no more. Yeah I did invite her to the party on friday, and she said yes, but Since that Kiss. Im starting to develope feelings for Caitlin.

I guess I'm glad That I kissed her. Now im not pining for someone who wasn't into me but now she is. It's too late now, Im into someone else, Im not gonna let her go.

"BARRY. BARRY!" Oli says, waving a hand at my face.

"Sorry, what?"

"We're here" I look at our building and get out of the car. We head inside and the bell rings as we sit down on our chairs.

During our lunch
I sit down and look for Cait. Im gonna tell her if she wants to go out with me. I spot her at a table with Felicity.

"Hey, Oli, I'll be back"

"Okay, where you...." He starts saying, but I leave before he can finish.

"Hey, Snow" This other guy and I say in unison.

"Oh, hey Ronnie and...Barry" Cait says. So this is Ronnie. "So... why you guys here?" She asks both of us.

"I..I" I started saying but then Ronnie said, "I just wanted to know if you wanted to hangout?"

Cait thinks about it and says, "Maybe next time or tomorrow, I'm quite busy today but I'll text you, okay?" she smiles, and he says ok and leaves.

"So, how about you?"

"Can I talk to you in private?" I say and she nods. We go to a corner. "I wanted to ask you something"

"What is it?" She says concerned.

"I wanted to ask you...if...you wanted to go ..out with me?" She looks shocked and bites her lower lip.

"I..I would love to" she says and smiles.

I smile back and say, "I'll pick you up at 7 tomorrow?"

"Why not today?" she asked.

"Oh, I thought you were busy today" I said referring to what she had told Ronnie.
