Chapter 3

We travelled around the park for a little while before stopping to look at some of the enclosures in the kids corner. They were letting kids ride on the baby dinosaurs and as much as I wanted to try it as well, I didn't because the poor babies looked like they were in pain from having to carry children around all day!

Zara was nice, but she didn't let us do what we wanted and she was constantly on her phone all day. I mean, can't we do something a little more fun? I don't want to spend my entire time in the child section and I'm sure Zach and Gray don't want to either.

"Lift me up, I can't see," Gray said, jumping up.

"I'm not dad and your not five," Zach replied.

"I can still ride the triceratops (?) I'm forty-seven and a half inches."

"So can Allie, but this place is for little kids."

"Yeah, I know," Gray said, sounding defeated, "do you wanna go on the spinning dinosaur eggs?"

"Nope," Zach replied.

I giggled, he's really not interested. Plus he's also disappointed with Aunt Claire, so I can sorta understand why he's being like this.

Zach looked down at Gray, "Hey, cover up your dork pouch," he demanded, pulling Gray's shirt over his bag.

"Scatter," Zach said after looking around.

"What?" Gray and I asked, confused.

"Go! Run! Go, go, go, go," Zach bent down and we ran away from Zara who was too busy talking about a part or something to notice us gone.

We ran through the crowd of people before hearing the announcement of the T-Rex feeding.

Gray turned to Zach and I excited.

"Come on guys! The feeding is about to start!" He exclaimed, running toward the show.

I giggled and followed him, calling out for him to wait up, which he did before grabbing my hand and pulling me along with him.

"Guys, wait up!" Zach called, but we continued on.

"Woah!" Everyone exclaimed when we saw the dinosaur bend down and eat the goat.

I shivered a little because it was sad that the goat had to die, but I do have to admit, it was pretty cool to see the T-Rex eat up close, no matter how gross or sad it is.

I turned around to see how Zach when I saw him on the phone. At first I though it was his girlfriend, but then I heard him say "bye, love you."

He doesn't say 'I love you' to his girlfriend, so I knew it was our mother.

"Hey, Zach! Did you see that? Poor goat, had to be eaten, but the rest was pretty cool," I exclaimed when I saw him out his phone down.

"Sorry, Allie, I didn't get to. Mum called to check up how we were doing, didn't sound too happy that Aunt Claire wasn't here with us," he chuckled.

"I didn't think she would be, but at least we still get to see the dinosaurs and go somewhere different than just around our boring home," I stated.

"Yeah, that's true," he chuckled, "so where to next?"

"Let's go to the water exhibits!" I exclaimed. I've always loved the water and any animals in it, so now I get to see a dinosaur!

"Yes, the Mossasaurus! (?)" Gray jumped out from behind us, scaring me.

"Gray, don't do that, and fine, we can go to the water dinosaur," Zach agreed.

"Yay!" Gray and I cheered.

We ran over to the show and the Mossasaurus was amazing! Again, we watched it jump up to eat the shark, I think it was, and then it splashed water all over the crowd. It even made Zach laugh! The lady who was spurting out facts about the dinosaur then put us to where we could see the Mossasaurus up closer, and it was awesome! I'm happy we got to come to this exhibit.

When the show finished, Zach turned to us. "So, are you two ready to go on another adventure?" He asked us.

We nodded enthusiastically, "let's go!"

Hey guys, so here's another chapter!

Sorry about the wait, I didn't mean for it to take me this long, but I've hardly been on wattpad lately, just trying to catch up on things, so yeah.

Also, sorry about my spelling, when writing this chapter I didn't have internet or anything so I couldn't check for the right spelling, but I'll edit everything when I'm done.
