I know I ended the book but I just thought you would like to know what happens to everyone else.
Adam and Hazel wind up getting married at the age twenty one and stay together until they die.
Stella went on to becoming a famous author, her top seller being a book about Harper.
Mckayla took it upon herself to do everything on Harpers bucket list. Including singing in front of 10,000 people. (Which didn't go very well.)
And as for Tyler, well after Harpers death he started acting out and spending time with some bad people. His family tried therapy for him but it only made it worse. Eventually he wound up in jail and became a disgrace to his family.
