Your pov
It's St Xocolatl day tomorrow and I decided I'd buy chocolate for Zero. But there was one problem. I didn't know what type of chocolate he liked. I walked around the school after class, secretly hoping I would run into the silver-haired vampire. I still couldn't find him so I sat down under a tree and thought about my plan.

I was going to take Zero out into the town with me and see if he liked any of the chocolates I saw. I wondered where he could be. I thought for a few moments before remembering that he liked going to the stables. So I got up and quickly walked to see if he was there.

Zero was peacefully laying on the hay, as usual,with his eyes shut next to White Lily. White Lily neighed as I walked into the stables, Zero's eyes slowly opened after hearing the neigh.
"Oh, it's you." He said as he got up.
"Are you okay?" I asked.
"I'm Fine." He replied. I silently nodded.
"I was wondering if you wanted to go into town with me." I suggested.
"I don't really feel like it." He answered as he walked over to White Lily.

Zero looked over his shoulder and saw my slightly disappointed face.
"Okay... I guess I'll just...go on my own then." I said. I started walking away so that he couldn't see my emotions.
"Wait, I don't care if you're capable of looking after yourself. I'll come with you just in case." Zero said. I turned around and gave him a small smile before walking towards the school gates.

TIME SKIP!

As we walked into the town in silence, Zero suddenly asked:
"Why did you want to go to the town?"
"Um...Well...St Xocolatl Day is tomorrow and I want to buy chocolate for someone that is important to me. Plus, I thought it would be fun to look around the town with you." I answered.

We walked in silence (lol why is Skyrim in my auto correct?) until we reached a small town. The sun shone on the large buildings around us as we walked. Suddenly a brightly coloured sweet and chocolate shop caught my eye! Perfect! I grabbed Zero's hand and said:
"C'mon let's go in there!" Although Zero probably would never admit, I could have sworn his cheeks were tinted pink.

I looked around, clearly amazed by the amount of sweets and chocolate. I then noticed I was still holding Zero's hand; I blushed and looked the other way, hoping he wouldn't notice. I let go of his hand and headed in the direction of the chocolate aisle.

Zero followed me across the shop. There were so many different types of chocolate!! Milk chocolate, dark chocolate, white chocolate and many others. I glanced at the silver haired boy to see if anything caught his eye. When I saw nothing did, I decided to ask Zero.

"Are there any other chocolate shops around the town?" I asked.
Zero turned to me and answered in his usual grumpy voice.
"There's another one,a bigger one, not that far away."

~~~~
I looked around the shop in awe, there were more chocolates than you could imagine! Zero rolled his eyes as I stopped a couple rows down each time I saw a different kind of chocolate. I'd glanced in his direction every few seconds hoping something caught his eye this time. But he didn't seem interested in any of the delightful treats.
"Zero? What's your favourite kind of chocolate?" He blinked, almost surprised that I had asked such a thing.
I blushed before quickly saying:
"I'm just asking because I need ideas!" I awkwardly laughed before turning back to look at the chocolate. There was an awkward silence for a few seconds before Zero said;
"Dark chocolate." I blinked in confusion before remembering our previous conversation. I nodded then picked up a small a box of milk chocolate and a box of dark chocolate, one spare in case something happened or there was someone else I wanted to give chocolate to.
I payed for the treats and walked around the town with Zero. We watched the sun set, the sky was red, orange and pink.
"We should head back now, I'll walk you to your dorm." Zero suddenly said. I gave him a small smile before walking with him.
~~~~

We arrived outside my dorm and I said to Zero,
"Thanks... For coming with me and helping me."
"It's fine, I enjoyed." He replied. I couldn't help but smile from ear to ear after hearing that I said goodnight and decided to hug him. He was stiff at first but he soon relaxed and wrapped his arms around me. I let go of him and shut the door as he walked off. After getting ready for bed, I hopped into the warm bed. I thought about how kind Zero was to me, he wasn't like that with anyone else...Is there a chance he could like me back?
