Andy POV
It was my fault she was left to begin with. All my fault that I lost my only family. We searched for days but she had disappeared without a trace. I continued to look for her for days after they called off the search parties. It was slowly killing me, I would not do anything for myself, I wrecked myself, but it didn't matter. Its not like anyone would have cared. That was until Clarisse came and nocked some sense into me. Not literally but you can probably imagine it. That was when I started to train, trying to become the best fighter I could. When the summer solstice rolled around I expected to be sent to the hunters, but they never came. I asked Nico and he simply said plans change and that was it. Hopefully one day I could find her again, but the last few years have been hell without her.
It as been three years since then. A lot has changed, me and Clarisse tolerate each other and I can actually fight. I have no close friends at camp because, it seems, that every time I try to get close to someone they just leave either by choose or by death (or I would just push them away) . The biggest change is that I go by Andy now and he/him pronouns. I also cut my hair really short and ya that happened (it was probably the only good thing).

One day I was walking around when I saw a figure enter camp. She had on silver clothes like a hunter, which was weird since they never come to camp. I went up to her. Carefully because they really don't like the campers that much and she didn't look all sunshine and rainbows.

"Where you sent by Artemis?" I asked. Studying the girl. She was maybe a couple of years younger then me with dirty blond hair and brilliant green eyes.....wait. My eyes widened a fraction of an inch. Was that really her, after all these years I find her this easily.
"Yes," she replied drily, "Do you know where Chiron is?"

"Yea. I can take you to him, if you want," I offer, I really wanted to just talk to her but after the time she left.

"Sure, thank you," she gave a slight nod. I lead her toward the battle arena. The Ares cabin was training there, it was where I had come form. Clarisse had sent me take a walk because I had lost my temper trying to teach something, I had a habit of doing that.

"No problem," I say. I look down and start walking. This wasn't awkward at all. I had no idea what to do so I just blurted something out. "Who are you?" Crap, that was a dumb thing to say.

"My name is Katie." I was right. She had grown up so much. "I used to be a hunter," she continued, "but I was sent here by Artemis to complete a prophecy," She looked down after that. I was stunned. That was the one place we didn't look, with our allies. I was silent then took a chance.

"Are you by chance Amalia's sister? If you don't mind me asking." I looked up at her waiting for a responses eagerly.

She paused before replying sharply, "I used to be, but not anymore." I felt tears come to my eyes. This is why she left, I should have just told her the truth first. This is all my fualt. My throat started to close and before tears fell I said:

"Oh, well anyways we're here." I just stood there after she walked up to Chiron. They had a short conversation and started to head to the Big House, Chiron motioned for me to follow. I composed myself, shoving the feelings that were threatening to rip me apart down. I then ran to catch up. Katie heard me approaching and turned, giving me odd look.

"Whats that one doing here?" she turned to Chiron, her tone had an edge to it that I had never heard before.

Chiron just replied with the same calm voice he always did, "This is Andy, he was the boy that walked you in-"

"I am aware of that," Katie cut off his words, "but why is he going with us."

"He is part of the prophesy, like you."

"What about Amalia?" I cringed slightly at the name, she noticed and turned to me glaring, "Got something you want to say about her, boy" She spat the last word like it was poison. So even though she still hates me, she is still protecting my name. I will never understand how her mind works.

"Yes, but lets get to the Big House first because I have a feeling, oh nevermind."

"Nevermind what?" She demanded. Chiron was smiling behind her.

"Wait until we are inside, child. There is much that has changed in the last three years. You must be caught up things." With perfect timing we made it to the Big House and entered. Katie slung off her backpack and sat it on the floor next the chair she was perched on. I sat opposite, more relaxed but not by much. Chiron folded his legs into his wheelchair a settled in. "Would you like to tell Katie what has happened in last three years, Andy."

I swallowed and nodded, looking down at my hands, "Hey Katiti." I looked up at her. Her face was a mask of pure shock. When she could speak again she said quietly,

    "So you are Amalia."

"I was, I am Andy now." She stood up and walked over to me. CRACK! She slapped me. It hurt like hell and left a red hand print. I looked back up into her eyes, she had tears in them. "If you hate me so much now I don't care. I like me for who I am now, so I don't really care what you think." This wasn't the reaction that I was expecting. It hurt that she would would hate me, when we had been so close. I guess I would have to deal with it but... She started to talk again:

"I don't care if your a boy or a girl or neither, you lied to me, all my life. We are not sisters or siblings, or whatever. We were never related. Dad cheated after they were married, thats why I am here."

"Family is more then blood," I whisper, "I am sorry." She returned to her seat wiping the tears from her eyes.

"You are not forgiven." She said this so quietly that I almost didn't hear it. She then turned to Chiron. "What is this prophesy that has been holding our lives for so long."

"This was one of the prophesy that Ella read and spouted off. We copied all the ones we could down and had Rachel read. After reading this one, she said it held great power so we have kept it in our minds, although we were hoping that it wouldn't come to happen for many years."

"Okay, okay, we get it, but what is the the prophesy?" I was impatient, waiting has never been one of my strong suits. Chiron sighed and left the room to go grab the scroll it was on. The room was dead silent and the tension was so thick that you could cut it with a butter knife. He returned with a scroll in hand.

"Here it is." He put the scroll on a table in the middle of the table for us to look at. We both leaned in, it read:
The kin whose blood is fake
Trained by moon and earth shall make
With beauty's finest dove
Shall save who holds the heavens above
For when the child of earth is mad
There is death to be had
Those who dwell in trees will cause the earth loss
Well this should be fun.
