Alright, so am I the only one who's realised how many blond (and blue eyed) characters there are in Hetalia? Honestly, it might be cause I'm from Australia where a lot of Asians and Italians so their isn't as many blonds as the adds portray but damn, there's a lot. So here's a list of characters that could have different hair colours.
England: The British Isles as gingers would amazing (although Sealand would look at tad to much like Ladonia). Plus, it'd make him 10% cuter.
France: French people tend to portrayed as brunettes, that's all
All Slavic nations: See France
