The Secret Sin

I really do apologise for the wait. I lost the inspiration to write this story, but I'm gonna keep writing now.

"Never give up!"
I growl as the Knights stare in awe. Diane, King, and Ban join me behind Meliodas, standing strong.

"Be strong, cause the Sins are here."
Meliodas growls loudly. A look of determination is plastered firm on our previously grim faces. The smiling and awe struck faces of the Holy Knights stare up at us.
Hendrickson stands and cracks his arm back into place, but Ban is quick to disable him again. I knock him back with a roundhouse kick and Meliodas sends him flying up into the air with an uppercut. Diane is quick to swing her Gideon at Hendrickson's still body.
Tiny black wings sprout from Hendrickson's back and he shoots away from the cliff face, only to have Kings Spirit Spear Chastifol pin him to the ground.

"Sir Meliodas?"
Elizabeth's soft voice calls. Meliodas and I look back at the shocked princess.

"It's okay now."
I say as I jog over to the two princesses.

"Yeah, cause thanks to you, our stamina is back up to where it was before we started. So you can just leave the rest to us. For now I think it's best if you stay here with Hawk."
Meliodas suggests with his playful little smirk. Elizabeth nods with tears in her eyes. She kneels beside Hawk before embracing him.

"I'll leave this to you guys, I'll protect the princesses from anything that comes their way."
I call and kneel beside Elizabeth and Margaret.

"Okay princess, I'm counting on you."
Meliodas says before turning away to continue fighting Hendrickson. Not much damage has been done to him, but I need to focus on protecting Elizabeth.

"I'm right here, and I'll always be with you Hawk."
Elizabeth breathes. 

"We're gonna do the attack we talked about!"
I hear Meliodas yell. He actually thought up a strategy? That's a surprise, usually he attack first and asks questions later.

"Um, Captain, Gowther is- ahhh!"
King starts but screams when he spots a headless Gowther standing, holding his head. Gowther kneels and starts feeling the ground.

"Now where are my glasses?"
He wonders while feeling around. The next second, his glasses are one and I know what idiotic plan Meliodas came up with.

"Are you sure about this!?"
I yell at the idiot. He takes his stance and I can feel his magic changing.

"All right, time to get started."
He orders. Of course, he comes up with the stupidest plan that may or may not kill him.

"Well, I guess I can't protect you just now princesses. I've gotta help the idiot out, but I'll be back."
I say as I walk towards Gil.

"You disabled your magic. What do you think you're doing?"
Hendrickson wonders as Meliodas attacks. Everyone seems frozen.

"What are you waiting for? We have orders!"
I yell to all the shocked Knights.

"Lightning King Iron Hammer!"
Gil yells as he snaps out of his trance. A tornado of lightning strikes Meliodas and Hendrickson.
I can see Meliodas gritting his teeth, but Hendickson seems fine. If not a bit confused.
A gravity attack from the Roly Poly and a Rising Tornado from Howzer, but neither affects Hendrickson much.
He tries to attack the Holy Knights, but Meliodas pulls his attention back. Multiple attacks are thrown at the battling pair.
