Remington's POV

We got back to the house and I walked straight into the living room to fall face down onto the couch. Harry was walking behind me, along with the rest of the boys who peeled off and did their own thing. Harry stood at the end of the couch and laughed at me.

"So this is what we are going to do today?" He asked, a small smile on his face.

"Yep. Pretty Much. I'm exhausted." I mumble into the pillow. I didn't bother to look at him. I was seriously exhausted.

"Some anniversary..." he mumbled, "Can we at least go up to our bedroom?" He asked.

"Nope." I replied, finally flipping around to look at him. His face had dropped.

"Why not!?" He whined.

"Don't think I forgot how you knew I was going to be performing today and didn't tell me! I'm punishing you Harry Edward Styles." I tease. He pretends to look hurt.

"Oh come on! You did a great job! It's a good thing we got you out on stage!" He said, trying to get out of his punishment.

"Don't just assume you can compliment me and I'll magically forgive you. I'm mad!" I force myself to hide my smile. I'm not mad. I'm totally pretending. "It's all your fault I had a huge panic attack today! The stage crew probably thought I was psychotic!"

"Remi come on! I'm sorry! I told them it was a bad idea! I didn't want to surprise you, but they said you'd never do it if you weren't forced and you know it's true!" He pleaded. Now I was starting to feel bad. I cracked a smile.

"Alright, alright. Get over here." I said, patting the part of the couch next to me. He walked around the couch to sit down and pulled me onto his lap.

"Are you really mad at me though? I'm so sorry." He looked so sad!

"No Harry, I was just teasing. It ended up being fine. You're lucky I didn't do too bad, though, or this would be a completely different situation." I warned him, but he smiled.

"I knew you'd do well though." He said, kissing my cheek. I blushed. Yeah, he can still make me blush. It's horrible.

"REMI!!!" Niall screamed my name from the other room, pulling Harry and I out of our little moment.

"WHAT!?" I scream, not wanting to get up.

"GETOVERHERENOW!" He screamed back. I sighed.

"I swear to god if he makes me kill another spider..." I tell Harry, getting up from his lap.

"REMIIII!" Niall screams again.

"Chill out! I'm right here." I say walking into the room.

"Oh. Well you need to watch this." He said, moving a bit so I can see his computer screen.

"What is it?" I ask, walking closer.

"It's the footage of you singing this morning. People are going nuts over it!" He said, clicking play on the video. I watched with Harry, Louis, Zayn, and Liam behind me. Louis, Zayn, and Liam all walked into the room after hearing the commotion Niall was making.

"Oh shit." Zayn let's out after hearing the Thirty-second clip of me singing this morning.

"Harry you look so happy!" Liam teases. Harry's grip around my waist instantly becomes a little tighter. I reach up to touch his face.

"Shhh! You guys, listen!" Niall says, turning up the volume.

"Singer-Songwriter Remi Cartwright has no reason to sit in the shadows of her One Direction Boyfriend Harry Styles. The long time friend of the British-Irish boy band took the stage of BBC BreakFast this morning, and although she took the stage with her longtime boyfriend, of whom they both announced it is their year and a half anniversary, she took everyone by surprise by the sound that escaped her lips. 'I feel like she sounds better live than she does on her album. Her performance today was truly remarkable. I'd love to work with her.' Says a critic at SPIN magazine today. Along with the performances on the show this morning, the group announced they would be starting a joint tour next month to promote the boy's just released album. The tour is something fans definitely shouldn't be let down by." The video ended.
