After unpacking all my clothes and dumping it in the wash, my mum and I decide to relax. We both sit in the lounge relaxing on a sofa. As im drifting of to sleep im woken up.

"Hunny" My mum calls me. "Yes mum"

"Why dont you call Nic , Izzy and Ani over and you can tell them the news"  shit.. I forgot about that.... I think I should do that.

"Yes mum you right , I should , I tell them to come over about 4:00pm. We could have take-out?" I say.

"Yes hun that's perfect, phone and tell the girls before you forget" My mum turns the other way and closes her eyes. I guess this is a sign not to talk.

I take out my Samsung S24 and decide to text the girls telling them that they should come over. They all reply at the same time saying that they will be here. I can't help but feel nervous as I know they going to be upset as they are the last ones to find out.

While my mum is sleeping I decide to call my brother. "Hello" He answers after the first ring. He must of seen the caller i.d

"Hey Matt!!, how are you?" I say

"Ari it's so good to here your voice, hows things ? did mum take the news well?"

"Yeah.. It's a long story I'll tell you next week when I see you. Everything is good thanks. Matt, Thank you for everything. I love you"

"It's a pleasure sis, I love you too"

"Tell Eve I say hi, and I'll call you next week with the flight details, bye"

"Take care Ari , tell mum I say hi"

As I end the call I just decide to text my sister coz I know how she loves to talk and there will be so many questions.

"Hi Aria , hope you well. I just want to let you know everything is set for next week. Thank you for all your help . I love you lots . Chat to you soon. xoxo".

Five minutes later I recieve her text.

"hey Ari , Im glad everything went well. I have so many questions for you.. thats why im guessing you texted. LOL.. Hope mum is well. I'll call you later. lots of love Aria...."

That went well... I remember that I should text Greg , somehow I think he waiting for me to text him. There's something about Greg I just don't get... Something is off. We not attracted to each other, we made it clear that we only friends.... He is not Gay!! I wonder whats with him..

"Hey sport, hope u missing me already ;) , I'm at home just relaxing, I invited my friends over I'm planning to tell them the news. I'll see u soon . Take care oxox Ari"

"Hi Ari, hope it all goes well with your friends!! and be sure to pass me thier numbers, im sure they are as cute as u! ;) see u later"

Oh Greg you funny bunny.

I check the time and its almost 4:00 pm. I get off the couch and wash up. My mum soon wakes up and does the same.

"Hun !!" She screams from the bathroom.

"Yes ma"

"Put some snacks on the table and don't eat it." She laughs. lol mum...

As Im about to do that I hear Nic's hooter.

I press the remote and let her come through the gates. I open the door and she squeezes the life out of me. Thats weird I never leave ... She doesn't know anything.... yet..

"Hey Nic how are you?"

"I'm good thanks, you? looks like someone had fun this weekend!! You have to tell me all about grad and the hotel." She says fast.
