3rd person pov

"Stay with me?"

Hinata's eyes widen as she finally looked up to look into Sasuke's onyx eyes anticipating her answer to his shocking question. He was equally surprised by what came out from his mouth.

"W-what?" She croaked out

The Uchiha gently placed her ankle unto a pillow and shifted closer to her not breaking their stare.

Hinata blushed a deeper shade of red as he leaned in dangerously close to her face.

"W-w-wha-SASUKE!"

He gave her a boyish smile and let out a small chuckle of amusement as he removed a stray piece of fabric from her hair that didn't go unnoticed by him.

"What," he smirked "did you think I was going to kiss you?"

Hinata's eyes widened and turned crimson

"Y-yah, don't tease me like that.." she managed to whisper as she backed away from him with her heated cheeks

They stayed in silence thinking over the events of what had happened in the short time period. Hinata turned to Sasuke and broke the deafening silence.

"Thank you...for everything you said to Sakura-chan and...defending me?" Everything she had said came out more like a question since he had also attacked and insulted her.

Sasuke shrugged as he stood up and stretched "It's okay. I don't need to be thanked. Let's just get you to the guest room"

Sasuke suddenly lifted Hinata and threw her over his shoulder as she yelped in surprise.

He started walking up the stairs as Hinata cried out for him to let her go

"Y-yah! You b-baka! Let me go! Help! Someone help me!" She tried to act serious, but couldn't help a few giggles that escaped.

Sasuke rolled his eyes at the blue haired Hyuga, but his faint smile was betraying what his eyes did.

He opened the door to a beautiful red and gold colored room and dropped her on the bed.

Hinata violently pushed the loose strands of her dark blue locks from her red face and looked up at Sasuke

"Why did you do that?! I never said yes you...you..." She fumbled with her words and waved her hands frantically in the air. Sasuke just chuckled at her.

"Cute" He said without really scanning his words before they slipped out.

Hinata's eyes widened at the Uchiha's comment while he just brushed it off as he took a seat next to her.

"Do I scare you?" He asked out of the blue

"N-no." She looked down and played with her fingers

"Do you hate me?" Her looked down at her side profile seeing her blush and push another strand of hair behind her ear out of nervousness at their close proximity.

"W-well no, I dont..." Her breath hitched as he gently took her chin to face her.

"Do you like me?" He whispered looking into her eyes as the blood rushed to her face for the umpteenth time that day.

"I-I-I-I-I....S-s-Sasuke-k-kun" She found all her words stuck in her throat. He was dangerously close and was staring down at her lips.

Sasuke pulled away unexpectedly

"Well,  I guess I was wrong then since you can't answer me," he sighed "you don't like me"

He stood up as he spoke and started making his way to the door, but then the unexpected happened.

"I-I do like you, S-Sasuke-kun!" She quickly grabbed onto the hem of his shirt

Sasuke stopped in his tracks as he turned around to see Hinata standing before him.

"Oh?" He looked down at her questionably.

Instead of answering she shyly stood up on her toes and gently placed a kiss on his lips.

There was supposed to be a double update for April Fools, butttttt you know m and my laziness 😋
