Soulmate AU!
It's relatively common too. Anyway, everyone has two different colored eyes. They were born with those eyes. They live their life not knowing which one is their true eye color. They meet each other and when they look into each other's eyes, their eyes change to match the eyes they were meant to have at birth.
BONUS: They can't see the opposing eyes color (Ex. I have brown eyes. My soul mate would not be able to see brown.)
