Few months after Shad's wedding with Rhea, they welcomed twin boys they named Jabir and Junaid. Eifad was with them in their every step till the children were born. In fact, Eifad had Rhea's treatment and delivery done in her hospital under strict observation. Though her heart ached watching Shad and Rhea with each other, she was happy, happy for her best friend. Eifad and Farhan had joined hands professionally, while personally being good friends. Eifad started to fund his NGO and also gave charities to the Rehab she was treated in and many such Rehabs. Aisha joined as activist spreading awareness about Mental illness among people. She had said, she doesn't want any girl to go through what her daughter had gone through for so many years.
Eifad adopted a young girl, named Zara, aged five. She was left by her parents in an orphanage because they were too poor to afford to look after their fifth child. With Zara coming into Eifad's life, she had an empty void filled, a loneliness gone. Zara not only called Eifad as a mother, but also treated her like she was her own mother. Eifad too treated Zara as her own child.
Over the time, Eifad realized how lucky she was, to have come out from the dark life before it was too late. Before she lost everyone close to her. Now, with Zara, Aisha, Farhan, and Shad in her life- Eifad felt complete.
She became more stable in her personal and professional life. She opened International chains of her hospital, her professional and personal life flourished.
After years of darkness, loneliness, emptiness; Eifad emerged stronger. More independent, happier, and stouter. Her life changed, she changed and everything changed for the better.
