Similarly, art is pure, powerful and personal. It expresses what we fail to say directly to others. For some, art isn't just a hobby, it can also be significantly helpful as being used as a coping mechanism. In all aspects of art, it's not just about the glory, it is used outstandingly as a way of therapy as it has successfully helped numerous people with anxiety, depression, addictions, PTSD, chronic pain, high blood pressure, bipolar disorder, dementia and alzheimer's, and other serious health and mental health conditions.
