"Pick up, pick up, pick up" Patience chanted. She waited for her friend to answer. "Hey it's Bethany, leave a message" Patience screamed in frustration "Bethany Alexander- Wolfe i am calling one last time and this time you better answer your damn phone" she yelled into the reciever. Patience dialed her cell one last time when she finally picked up. "You know that if you need me call me crap you and Lauren talk about? it would be nice if it were actually true." she sneered. "always the drama queen" Bethany yawned "I am not being dramatic Beth, what just happened to me is serious" "Somebody finally punched you in that smart mouth?" she said "This is not time to be making fun about my situation," "Ok what are you talking about?" Patience exhaled and said " Beth...i am vampire" there was silence and silence until she finally said "Beth, you there?" she heard a sigh "Sweetie if this a cry for attention its...3 in the morning and its not funny your not a vampire, I'm a werewolf, i know it freaks you out, hell it still scares me but you don't have to call me with this crap its still early at least give me until 8:00 Patience." Patience squinted at the phone and paused for a second to register what she said "you are so full of shit" she yelled "I'm done talking to you, I'm hungry and Mrs.Weisnbachers dog Henry is starting to look pretty good, especially as a hot dog" i licked my lips watching Henry prance around the Weisnbachers living room. i heard Bethany gasp "You stay away from Henry he did nothing wrong, and for God sakes hide Hendrix i will be over in two minutes" Patience looked over at Hendrix her teacup yorkie and picked him up placing him in her bedroom and closing the door. She heard him scratching the door and whimpering probably wondering what on earth he did wrong. Patience sat on the couch and pulled her knees to her chest. "Mommy needs some alone time" she yelled at the door.

Minutes later frantic knocks pounded at her door "Patience open up" Bethany yelled "Patience its us" Lauren said. She sighed and unlocked the door. "Who said work never killed anyone?" She asked flashing her new fangs. Lauren fainted.
